Two calls on my cellphone number within 5 minutes of each other.

I had the same prob. I called them back and there's a recording. At the end of it there's an option to enter your 10 digit phone# to stop the calls. I just did it. Hopefully it works.

Ya, i did the same thing, thought it was a specific insureance company, but it turned out to be one that liks sells your number to TONS of them. After i filled it out, not 5 MINUTES after i finished, i got at least 7 or 8 calls (and more repeat calls) from ALL SORTS of companies.  some left messsages some didnt.  needless to say they are ALL going to my blocked list.  Thank the LORD i didnt put down my home # too.   This particular one  doesnt leave freakin messages.

Your calls are same as mine.  The online insurance quote now has all kinds of people calling, not just to sell insurance.

this number called me 3 time within 1 hour asking for David i told them the first time there is no David that lives here yet 2 more times they called

I too went to one specific company on line for a quote and have had twenty different insurance companies (not the one I contacted) call my home for both auto and homeowners. I was only looking for homeowners. The first call from 877-252-9987 cqme in about 10 minutes ago. I let it go to voice mail. They did not leave a message. Five minutes later they called again. I let it go to voicemail. Again, no message.  I then came to this site to see if it indeed was some flim flam insurance company and, of course, it was. I put an entry for their number into my call routing table to route their calls to the 1800-444-4444. It will give them a taste of their own medicine!

They've been calling for the last two weeks several times a day; leave no message.

They started calling me after I requested an online insurance quote last week. I called back, and followed their voice mail prompts to be removed from their calling list.
Let's see if this works,.. it looked straight forward enough.

This is extremely annoying.  They call you many times a day and then no one on the call.

I filled out information for an insurance quote. I thought it was for one specific company that I was interested in. Unfortunatly I gave them both my office number as well as my cell number. I literally get 20 calls a day between the two numbers. THey won't stop. I ignore my cell but when I answer my office line I ask them not to call and they give me some crap that they cannot take my number off because it has gone through to call center that sent it to hundreds of other call center. Even if they have the cheapest insurance in the world, I will not do business with them. I am sooooo annoyed and will NEVER fill out information online for any company I do not already do business with! Please let me know if anyone knows how to stop the calls.

One way they get your number is if you do surveys online, where you give them information. Unfortunately, I did this at Panda Research for an Insurance Survey. I actually forgot to take my cell phone with me to work, which was a good thing. Came home had 15 calls on it and no messages left. My phone has rung another 5 times since I've been home, with the same number.

Solution: I too was getting non-stop calls from these jerks. I decided to call them and yell, but it was a recording. It said if you want your number removed, just enter in your 10 digit phone number and it'll take 1-2 days to process. Hopefully this works...

It's insurance sales for car insurance. If you used a car insurance finder website, they take your number to sell you car insurance.  

The only problem is that even after telling them that I did not want their insurance coverage, they continue to call EVERY day at least once a day. I am not sure why they insist on calling me. It's a waste of their time and mine.

this number keeps calling me and im about to go nuts they need to stop. i dont answer i have it blocked to where it goes straight to voicemail but they KEEP calling; never leave a message, never say anything. it started after i put my information online for a car insurance quote. please believe i am PISSED with whoever this is.

Calls time after time each day.  I don't answer, please stop it.

I received like 15-20 calls from this numbers today between 9am to 11am. its so annoying even after ignoring these people are calling nonstop.

Don't know wh this is, but they are calling many times each day. I thought congress passed a law prohibiting these spam calls.
