can't find out where or what this business is. they will not tell you any information when you call. they say they don't have a manager..and i'm starting to notice this is happening to everyone at the same time. i've had charges for the past couple of days. anyone with any information help us out. its christmas time

I also have had strange charges post against my bank account that I did not authorize along with this phone number.  When trying to call, I cannot even get a person...just continues to tell me I am 'x' number in line...then always disconnects me.  I am in dispute with my bank over the charge...I do not know what to do!

got a charge on my account from this number.  Call they say, call back pacific time.  I shop online at target, jc pennys, disney store and amazon.  Anyone else have similar?  Otherwise, if you do shop online, track your packages to see if they are coming from pacific coast.  I'm so upset i can't sleep... what dirty scumbags do this... especially at xmas time.  Lowlifes always trying to get something for nothing

How do I go about getting a credit to my account for something I did not order?  Why can't this person address my calls?  Should we get an attorney?  When I call the number on my bank statement, the voice mail tells me that I am #? but no one answers and finally cuts the call off.

My Bank Account was charged for something i do not have and this number is attached to the charge. I am pissed that this number does not connect you with anyone and I will seek legal action.

They are very rude when you call and will not help you. I suggest you go to your credit card fraud department right away!

Get this! I did close my account.  A new card number and everything!  Then they somehow charged that card!!

Same process happened to me also. It started in Sept '09 and has continued until today. Have contacted my bank and filed a complaint with my bank about illegal charges made for products I never received. I cancelled the so called free offer they wanted to send to me, due to the fact I never received it. Then they continued to call me and ask about purchasing the same products. I told them I was calling the Better Business Beareau and complain about their illegal actions and scamming ways. My bank sent me a letter to fill out with all the pertinent details and started their investigation of these charges. This company sent me products which I immediately returned un-opened. Now I am waiting for the resolution from my bank, and if necessary I will contact a lawyer to sue this company for all of this undue hardships and mental stresses.

There was a charge to my bank account for something I never received.  I called the company and spoke to a rep who refused to return the money withdrawn from my bank account. I demanded to speak to a supervisor who also refused. I did not give up until I got results!  I never received their product, and told them I was not paying for something I never received!  I took the reps name, the name of the company "Siberi Breeze".  Got the reps identiy number and I was prepared to fight this legally!  These people are operating illegally by charging people money for something that they never received!! Don't give up until you get results!!

I didn't receive a call from this number but it appeared on my bank statement along with the identifier, "FAST DIETI TWIN FALLS ID." I was charged $88.90 and never ordered anything from these people. I have filed a dispute at my bank and I guess I should now close the account. I'm grateful for this website. Thank you all for the information.

I don't even remember getting one of these calls, but still was charged the $88.90. This is a big scam. Didn't order anything or receive anything, but still got charged. WOW!

You bought poison from scammers and now you're mad they ripped you off too?  

Lucky if all you lose is your money, just don't take that crap, send it back or flush it down the toilet, you have NO IDEA where it came from but now you know the kind of crooks that sell it.

This company in connected to Colon Cleanse and Berry Slim. I ordered the trial for both in October and was charged $83.95 on 12/6 and 12/22. I called my credit card company and they are going to credit my account and block further charges.

If you call the number on your bank statement - 877-254-7861 - they do seem to hang up on everyone after you wait in the queue.... I would suggest an alternative number - 800-381-3024 which will allow you to cancel for BOTH Acai Breeze and Colon Clense if that is what you ordered.  

The company has about 5-6 names that they will charge you under on your account but if you call the 800 rather than any of the 877 numbers, they seem to respond to a cancellation! ;)

Be sure to check your balance for the same phone number because they change the name??  On mine they did it twice under different names.

As it happens to be this is a so called Vitamin company by the name of Acai Breeze.  I made the mistake of ordering a free trial offer from them for an insignificant amount and did not even receive product but called and told them not to dare touch my account for more money since I did not receive product to beging with.  Very conveniently, they did not make notes of this conversation and according to their records I did not cancel on time therefore, I was locked into a contract with them.  They took $83.95 from my account and offered to give me a partial refund.  I changed my account and planning on filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as the attorney general.  Everyone involved with this 877 # should do so because that is the only way this company will change it's business tactics.  A good phone # to get in touch with this company is 1-877-232-5950.

They got us to! Had to close our account! This place whoever they are are a scam! Our bank said to call the Attorney General and give them the information that it is the only way to shut them down. Scammed us for over 100.00. I am calling The Attorney General to complain if enough of us do it then others won't have to put up with this like we have to. I want to know how they are getting out information???

I also canceled by credit card and requested a new one.  Even though the bag I spoke to told me future orders are canceled, I'm not taking any chances.  Go ahead and try to steal from me again!  How can these people sleep at night knowing they work for a company that blatenly steals from innocent people? Must be trained to not tell people they need to return the unused product otherwise they'll be charged the full amount...that's how they make their money.  AND the product doesn't work.

If you ordered Acai Breeze, Colon Cleanse or anything that was a trial offer and didn't return it, that's what you're probably being charged for.  I looked at past statements and called the number associated with the trial offer charge ($1.95)  She told me because I didn't return the trial offer I'm now being charged the full amount of $83.95. I told when when I called to cancel in Sept. I was never told to return the unused product.  I asked if I could return it and she said "all sales are final".  PERFECT!  She did confirm I was recently charged $83.95 for not returning the product so if any of this sound familiar, that's what it probably is.  I'm going to try to dispute it with my bank...worth a try!  Good luck to everyone in getting the charges reversed.  Merry Christmas to us!

I've been falsely charged too.  The name that appears on the charge is Resuperpure.  Unfortunately my bank couldn't provide anymore info.

This number is reported for charging my debit card 84 dollars for nothing!

They charged my account unauthorized and when I call this number they give me another number to call.  This number is computer answered and says to continue it will be a charged call.  Total SCAM!  My bank is going after them.  I had to close my account.
