Yep....going to serve papers to my 83 year old mother for check fraud & defrading others.  They identify
themselves as a law firm when they leave a message.  Sick of them calling.  Approximately 7 times
in as many days.

I got nailed so hopefully no one else will.I sure hope they catch the a**hole and send them to prison, here's another phone# but now rings busy 770-412-7364 it's a woman voice.

Got call said they were going to serve me with papers. That I ha defrauded someone and wanted to settle out of court

I got a voicemail from this #saying they were serving me with papers at my work or house because of afraid checks naturally it startled me I've never used a check in about 3 years  single working mom when I called they didn't pick up called me back and said it was for someone else I began telling them they need to leave a name as to who they are talk I g about the guy got mad and hung up definately fake

Tell these jerks to find another sucker.  I won't call them back ever!!!!

I got a call today from this number stating that they were serving me with papers at my residence or work today if I didnt callback. They stated they received a fax from the plantiff and would settle out of court. It didnt give a case number or anything. I tried to callback 2x and got nothing but voicemails. It said I was being served with intent to defraud and fraudlent use of bad checks.I havent used checks in at least 4 years. I've been getting calls from other companies stating the same thing about payday loans. I cant even verify what this is for by speaking with someone. I called Attorney general who said its a scam and to hang up. I hate they keep calling.

got a call saying they were gear hart gibbs and associates..trying to serve me legal papers for writing fraud checks. I don't write any checks so its a scam. do not respond.
