I received a voice mail from a man named Dennis Green.  He addressed me using my maiden name.  He stated that he needed to serve civil documents that are addressed to my cousin and her ex-husband's names (he mis-spelled the ex-husband's last name).  He stated that he doesn't know what is in the documents because they are sealed.

If I have any questions to call Mark Carey law firm at 877-258-8567 and gave a specific case number.

He also stated that if he does not recieve an official cease and desist by them (my cousin and her ex-husband) that he would be serving all 3 parties (including me) no later than Saturday...which btw is day after tomorrow.

This makes no sense, I have no debt under my maiden name, and my cousin nor her ex-husband would be tied to me an any financial or legal matter, so this has me a bit freaked out.

I get no results when I google the number he gave: 877-258-8567, but he clearly stated I could contact the Mark Carey law firm referencing the case number with questions.  

While he was leaving the message, in the background I could hear other calls going on like it was a busy call center.  Just exactly what would these people be fishing for?
