Draconian Nazi Dept Collection Tactics, don't return the call, report them for violations of the FCR and criminal harassment.

Received a message from a Melissa Palouski at my work number saying that I had to return her call or a legal suit would be filed against me and served at my home or place of employment...very short and rude message.  Don't know who she is and she didn't say who she was with.  Anyone that is a real debt collector has to tell you that they are attempting to collect a debt..these people are not above board...don't call back!

I got a call from 716-566-4150 and 877-263-1580 on 10/7/2009 at 6:30 pm on my cell phone.  A woman known as Ms. Baker(didn't get the first name) left a message saying that she was call from the law office of Mark A Carney and I had a legal matter against me including my name and social security number.  I called the company on 10/8/2009 and was told by the same woman Ms. Baker that I took out a loan from a company known as Premier Group.  I told this woman that I did not have a loan nor never took out a loan with this company but she continue to belittle me, saying that my pay check will be garnished. After I got upset she transfer my to a Eric Martin who claim to be the Director of Operation for the company Fidelis Management Group.  I then asked for an address and the name of the lawyer and I was hung up on.
I don't know who these people are but I want them stop.

Called me at work harrassing coworkers and myself claiming the call was being recorded but would not go into detail about what the call was about.  Had called on inumerable occasions, however, the message was always inaudible and indiscernable and left personal information claiming to be related to my family on my voicemail, i.e., who my parents were, their names, my maiden name, etc.  Caller identified himself as Michael Blackwood, 877-263-1580, x 114.  When I called the direct number, the person on the other end identified the company as Fidelis Management Group and when I asked for the location, she hung up.

a man called and said the same thing, so i called back there was lawyer by the name of mark curry that was taking to court for a auto repo i totally couldnt locate and he had it but gave a great settlement,removed it off my credit report . you never no what it could be.

she said she is from an attorneys office and there is a problem with my SS#
