they got me too.  i saw on another site.  these people have nailed a bunch of people.  i called my bank.

They got me also!  I just talked to my bank, had to cancel my card.  

If they can get $9.75 they could get more.  Guess they thought most people wouldn't miss the small amount.

I just saw a transaction from these ppl on my online banking. I'm glad I have that or it would have taken me another month to notice.

877-264-2807 charged my bank visa card for $9.65.  This is fraud report to credit card company.

I received a credit card charge for $9.65 from "Office Services."  Got the charge credited by cc co. but what a hassle!  I almost ignored the charge, thinking surely it was legit.  Glad I did an online search on 877-264-2807 & saw all the complaints!!

This happened to my daughter. I called them,and they stated to me that they had a taped phone call with my daughter. I asked to here that when I heard the man on the phone talking to my daughter I was just horrified on how he got her cc card from her. He stated to her that he was updating his information and wanted to confirm with her on the cc they had on file. He said the last 4 digits of the cc, and she no that's not my number then he said well maybe that your parents cc, but if you would give us yours to update the account that would help us today. So like a dummy she did, and all of the problems started. I got back with BOA and told them about all of the information they forwarded me the fraud department,and will refund all the money including the over draft fee's. Please be very careful. Please if you use Google don't click on any of the links that say you can earn money for a CD all you have to pay is shipping an handling charges BIG SCAM yes you pay the S&H, but they will also charge your account another fee of $47.00 monthly the sad thing is on the page to sign up there is nothing stating the additional charge. Thanks god Wamu noticed that and put a hold on my card. Bad thing is I had to have the card canceled.

I received a $9.75 charge to work CC from "Office Services". BoA gave me this number, which is now 'out of service.' Called BoA again and they credited the $9.75 w/o dispute. Then I found this site...

I too got a $9.65 charge on my Mastercard from "Office Services".  I called the 877 number, and it was disconnected.  Alerted the credit card company.  Also, FYI - there is another company, TWX, who puts weird charges on your card stating it is Internet Magazines !  So now more **** to watch for !

Charge of $9.65 received on my account via debit card transaction from Office Services in OH with the same phone number on 2/15.  I am in the central coast region of California.  The bank doesn't seem to care if I file a dispute or not.  They have cancelled my card.  If I file a dispute they will quarantine my account for 90 days and forbid me from getting a debit card.  I also will need to take time off of work to drive to the bank and file the paperwork -- all this will cost me well more than $9.65 in time and inconvenience.  It seems I'm incentivized not to file a dispute.  So it looks like I won't.  Bravo, crook.  You sure have come up with a great way to get money and not get caught.  Maybe I should consider defrauding hundreds of people of $10 a pop.  Seems quite lucrative.

I check my bank on a regular basis found the charge of 9.70 from office services, they are nothing but a big scam, have currently filed a police report and am having the card # captured and shut down. Hope these jerks get shut down quick. they hit my wifes card last month and now are working to get her money back also....!  The phone # doesn't even work from my calling area, what a hassle this has become!!

I didn't get a call from this number but did see the mysterious Office Services 877-264-2807 Oh $9.75 charge show up on my Visa account on 3/3.  My bank will research it and refund the charge, but I'm hoping this won't be followed by a flood of larger charges I didn't make.

I was charged $9.75 on 3/10/2008 from "Office Services."  I thought I was the only one, but it turns out that others were hit, too.  :(  The bank is issuing me a new card.  It's not about the $9.75 that I'm mad about.  It's the fact that the bank ALLOWED this to happen.  Eventhough I'm getting a new card, I can't say for sure that this could never happen again.  Something needs to be done about this.

i was charged the $9.75 by office services on 2/26/08. i just found out about it and disputed it. i don't know how they got my number. i called the toll free number and got a foreign man on the voice mail. my card is from wamu too, so i don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Hmmm I wondering if office services are related to afni inc.... they are big time scammers.....
FYI, last month I received a collection notice letter from a so called afni inc claiming that I owed $60 for an unpaid bill from 1998 which turned out to be a scam too.... So be aware, if you receive a collection notices from afni inc... They are scammers!

I had the same charge show up on my statement today; reported it to my bank.  They canceled my debit card and ordered a new one for me.  There were three other charges; one for Blockbuster.com ($10.91); and two for a couple of other bogus websites.

The same thing happened to me with a $9.70 charge.  I monitor my account closely so I know I didn't charge anything.  Someone is scheming!!!!

I too received the 9.75 charge on my chase mastercard.  I only have used this card for itunes and netflix in the last year and a half.  Surely it didn't come from one of those.

I got the same exact thing in PA.  $9.75 charge from "office services", voicemail w/man british accent, whole nine yards.  Cancelled cards and everything.  I shop online ALL the time, this is scary.

It showed up on my bank statement, as POS purchase, as if I'd swiped my debit card myself.
I've had to get a new debit card, after declaring my current one a hot card. I've disputed the charge, and I should be getting the $9.70 back, but I dont know who they are or how to report them.

These B****eads also took $9.75 From My account And I am thankful I caught it. Not to be nosey but does any one here bank at wamu? This is where they recieved mine.. I am no longer banking with them now.. I am filling a claim Againts them. And reporting this to the local media station I say we team together REPORT REPORT REPORT.. I got the same crap a australlian  Sounding guy was on the other end and He said (No one was available now and to leave a message.) This is some crap..

Just sent a complaint over to the FTC, this needs to be stopped.

On 2/11/08 a debit charge from OFFICE SERVICES from Ohio for $9.65 posted to my bank account. Same story, called the 877 number next to the debit description, just a voicemail prompt by a man with a foreign accent (did not leave a message).
Had my bank cancel the card, they are currently investigating.

I also got a charge from them for 9.70. I personally believe that they got my credit card details from a company that I purchased a prepaid phone card from in December. Anyone else that purchased a phone card or phone related things recently??
