They are HORRIBLE! They say they will call you and they never do! Their paperwork wouldn't come, I had to ask over and over, I finally received it and of course, I read the instructions thoroughly. The process is a NIGHTMARE!!!! First you have to send some paperwork with dates (as if I had all the time in the world, but I did send), however, the instructions said that somebody would contact me to make the reservation, and nobody ever contacted me. I kept calling over and over, as the expiration date was approaching. When I finally got hold of somebody, Ralph was his name (the only person who was helpful, and as an irony he is no longer there), and he extended the period to February. He told me someone would contact me to make the reservation.

A month passed by and nobody contacted me, so I called over and over, and when a person finally called me, I was working from home and had my 15 old month baby had a 105.8 fever to make my day worse, my husband wasn't home, as he had just left work and he was stopping by the pharmacy to buy more Tylenol and Motrim for my baby. He was using my car, and my wallet was inside my car., so I confirmed with Christina (the booking person) that I would to travel on Feb. 24th, 2012 but I needed my husband to return home first so I could pay the port fee, which is more expensive than the actual cruise promotion itself (when I purchased the package they never told me that the port fee wasn't included, they only told me about the tips inside the cruise, which is normal). I've told her that I would contact her that day once my husband arrived home, but I've told her that most likely by the time he would arrive they would be closed for the day, so I would call on Saturday morning, and she said that they would be closed on Saturday and told me to call her on Monday, and so I did, but she was NOT available, I've called and spoke with other two people who said somebody would call me back. Then I called in the same week again, and I received the same response. I've called the other 2 following weeks, and nothing. This past Monday and Tuesday their telephone system was down (under re-construction...), and today, Feb. 1, 2012 I've called and spoke with Christina, and she had the guts to say that my cruise was expired. She was rude, and I asked for the manager, she said that the supervisors would not speak with me. I called again and spoke with 2 other people, and they simply don't care. I am furious by the disorganization from the Incentive Marketing Group, the way they handle clients, the complete lack of respect, and how rude they are. They make the entire process be complicated, they send instructions, but they don't follow it. All I can say is that they are there to ROB YOUR MONEY, they are THIEVES!


THEY ARE A SCAM,  BE CAREFUL, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PACKAGES WITH THEM!!!

This is the new number for a cruise scam that has been going on for years. My mother is 65 and on a fixed income. She paid the $88 for 2 people. She has sent in date requests twice and never gets the "confirmation itinerary". They told her she had 18 months to book her cruise. That 18 months expires day after tomorrow. She has called the number that was on the date request form many times. When she has reached someone they have tried to get more money from her for different reasons. Fortunately she has never had the amounts they wanted and so hasn't sent them more. This is the current number they are using 877-264-6140. This is the address to which the confirmation forms were sent. Incentive Marketing Group, Premium Cruise Award, PO Box 350, Geneva, IL 60134. They always claim they sent a packet back to her and try to get more money when she calls.
