Person keeps calling but leaves no message. Harassing at all hours and is a stalker as far as Im concerned.

By the way, I go to the county for my medical.  They sent me to Olive View which is a county hospital.  They have never called me for the debt because they know it's a Los Angeles County medical issue.

I have no health insurance.  I'm 61, and unemployed.  Try to get a job at that age.  This was for an emergency gall bladder operation.  The original bill was over $40,000.00.  These people called and wanted to settle for 10% which I didn't have.  Later they wanted to settle for 50% of the 10%.  When I told them I didn't have the money, then they said they would sue me.  I told them too.  Then when they couldn't get that, they offered $50.00 a month.  When I said I didn't have that, they hung up on me.  They may be from a "Law office", but no lawyer would talk the way that he did.  They would know the laws on what they can and can't say.  I agree I owe the money, but at my age, with no job, what am I to do...  They try everything they can think of to get even a few pennies.  They are just a scavenger collection agency

They never stops harassing. it's likely a bought off debt from some unscrupulous collection agency or a stalker. Both are the same to me cause they call as early as 7 in the morning or 11 at night. They dont service the original bill collections debt, but pretend they do buand t are working for themselves. Even if your debt is paid off, they are working from old 'lists' and just looking to make a buck, pretending they are working for the original company. They threaten with this and that no matter how you tell them that your bill is paid. They hope to pressure you into giving them money.  Block them if you can.

i got several call from this number which i don't like to. And i don't know who and where is from.
