This company have been contacting my family and has all of our important information.  They won't give any information and they are rude!

they have never called me just my grandmother.  and would not give any information.  They are asking for me by my maiden name which i have not used in almost 6 years. They need to not harass my family.

they called about my sister. had all information of our whole family information. they also had information on my niece in canada. they need to be stopped. they left there name on my machine it is Patricia Rothman from company Thomas,Anthony and Collins. at x23. then when you call its a check cashing place

Stated check cashing fraud, and that I needed to call within 24 HRs to verify information before the case was sent to the authorities.   I called to verify that the call was legit, and this company, "Nationwide Recovery " stated it was case of fraud some three to four years back.  Sounds like they are debt collectors and they pressure people into giving out personal information.  Don't be scared to turn the tables on them if you think they are trying to pry for information...they backed down and removed my phone number from their data base (for now).

a Mr. Jamison called me from this number, saying they are a fraud investigation agency,  when I called back the person who answered the phone was very rude put me on hold for 3 -5 minutes, asked if there was a number where Mr. Jamison could call me back at, I told him the same number he called me at the first time.  Then Mr. Jamison called me back, would not give me any information, although they said my name was associated with this account.  They are misrepresenting a collection agency saying they are a Fraud Invistigation Agency, and they want information, but dont' want to give any.  This needs to stop.!!!

I have called to tell them to cease and desist. That they have the wrong number and the wrong person
BUT daily calls continue to fill my voicemail with threatening messages that if the party mentioned does not appear with all her documents she will be arrested, caller on last call said he was from the Department of Check and Corporate Services working with Stark County, Ohio - Other similar intimidating and irritating messages.

Received a message for my ex husbands cousin. Havent seen him in 20 years! Said they were from King COunty and if we didnt call back they would press charges on him. Tried to explain that but, collector was a jerk and asked for my info. Ummmmm no. Requested tehy stop calling immediately. If you are stretching back 20 years, you really have no idea where he is do you?

They call a family member. They made it sound something like a job reference or a legal matter of some kind. You could barely understand the woman on the machine. But either way it was so shady.

does anyone know a address for this company? They call all the time, said they would email me with what they are trying to collect till waiting call keep coming and wont give address.

This company called my mother and told her that she owed them $900 from 2 years ago. They didn't have a SSN or DL #, but claimed to have a warrant for her arrest if she didn't pay them. She said no, because they don't have the correct info. A man got on the phone and said he was a sheriff and he would come and arrest her! I found this site, and then called the number myself and the woman wouldn't tell me the name of the company. She ended up hanging up on me. We called the local sheriff in our town and he said that they have received other complaints on this #! If u get it, refer it to your local police and do not give these people any information!

I called the number, the gentleman was very helpful; not rude. Aparently I did owe. I did make the payment with the gentleman who assured me that if the payment was made by the end of the month I would only have to pay the principle. I have been scemed in the passed and nothing was recorded as paid. This situation however was kind of different; though the message I received of his previous call was that this matter was pending charges in King County. I was freaked out, worried. But when I spoke with him nothing else was said but that I owed a past due debt and the debtor hadnt been able to contact me. It was a comfortable call, I am glad I made it and paid off the debt. We all should not hesitate until we get the real person on the other end. The message is like a chain message; something said at first will not be the same thing said at the end. Debts are not a fun thing to deal with, I am recovering slowely and to the best of my abilities. Some collection agencies have been full of *#!!! and others such as this one has been helpful. I just came right out and said, I would like to pay it off. Good luck all...

I received a call from them as well stating that they are invesigators and if I dont call them back by 5pm they would forward my file over to be listed as a habitual offender for writting bad checks... They said it was for a cash advance. They disclosed all of  this info on my voicemail. ARE THEY CRAZY!!!! I called back requesting their address and they hung up on me... I also found that they will call from 877-606-2525.

they are full of it, the guy acted like he was somebody important and that he was going to press criminal charges. I told him he has no authority and he got pissed and hung up.

They called our family members as well and was very rude and would not give them any information. They are making it sound as if they are going to be sued! They had nothing to do with it, they were only references. They have also been told NOT to call them.
