Got a call this afternoon....Am not behind on T-Mobile so I'm not worried about the calls....But to call and lie to the person answering is wrong.....Am not defending T-Mobile but as a consumer that shouldn't be going on.....if you get a call use the suggestion someone said above...."Sorry, wrong number"

I keep getting random calls from this number saying they are with T-Mobile. I have called T-Mobile and have complained to them about these persons saying they are with T-Mobile reference my account which I do not have one.

So I hope someone can get this number pulled from these harassing phone calls.

I kept getting calls from this number on my work phone so I finally called back. It was T-Mobile asking for someone that I don't even know. One other fact is that they were recording the call. The woman who answered did not tell me this and denied it when I asked but I could tell because it sounded like an echo and I could hear myself talking. She said it must be my phone...idiots. I hope this stops those annoying phone calls.

I got an (automated) phone call with a message to call T-Mobile about my account. When I called to tell them I don't have/never have had T-Mobile. I was put through a series of "holds", then got the message I was being transferred to an agent. Guess what? ANOTHER automated message! They asked me to leave my name, phone number and account number and someone would get back to me. Right.........I left my number and told them I do not, nor have I ever had T-Mobile and I want their phone calls to STOP IMMEDIATELY!

Dont know why they keep calling my prepaid trac phone!  Have got multiple calls from them. I dont keep my phone on all the time as its only for emergency usage. I am wasting minutes getting the voice mails from whom ever it is! And I am NOT wasting my minutes calling them back either! If its t mobile, they are barking up the wrong tree. I have a cheap crappy pre pay trac phone!

Today is 9/26/11 and have another message from T-Mobile.  I thought I would try calling them again to see if I can get them to stop calling.  I have called twice and what happens is that I get routed through a maze of recordings, put on hold and then disconnected.

I have been receiving calls from this number (877-268-5402) on my new cell phone that I have had for about three weeks. I bought this phone for use in my practicum in a school psychology program and only my supervisors, one other practicum student and my significant other have been given my number.  I received three calls from this number and thinking they were from one of my supervisors (calling from one of the many locations they work at) I attempted to return  each call ASAP and got a recording putting me on hold each time.  The caller was not identified and I thought it might be a phone scam that would result in me being billed for minutes while I was waiting for someone to answer so I hung up each time.  This evening I realized that all three calls were from the same number.  I read all of the messages posted above and then called the number and talked to a representative briefly and  politely explained why I had called.  He asked me how long I had had my new phone and told him.  I then asked if I would continue to get these calls.  He sounded pretty put off by my question and  replied with something to the effect of "I already told you, you will not get them if this is the wrong number, have a good day" (in angry tone) and hung up on me; that is probably not an exact quote, but it is a very close approximation.  I did not recall him telling me that I would not continue to receive the calls and I found him to be very rude.  If I get another call from them I will take the time to find out what I can do, if anything, to have the problem addressed by some authority.  They seem to have no regard for the time it takes me to return these calls that have nothing to do with me, the expense to me that is in their interest, or the fact that I was very polite in approaching them about it.  And, yes, it was T-Mobile.

I have gotten 6 calls in 4 weeks from this number (my caller ID shows Not Provided and this number) that play a recording. This last one today stated something to the effect of:
"We are calling about your T-Mobile account. Please call us at 1-877-268-5402. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Again please call us at 1-877-268-5402."

This is at my landline and I've never had service with T-Mobile. The first three or four messages did not even list any company name or reason for calling and just said "please call ...#" Like I'm going to call some random number left on my voicemail because a recording asks me to...

I had T-Mobile but, do not anymore and the confusing thing is, that they were calling my google voice number not the actual phone number. I transferred it out when I dropped them so, they should have it... I'd think anyway. But, with the 3 different billing dates and no idea how to make it one date, I wouldn't put it past TMobile to not know how to reach a former customer.

This place is continually filling up my voicemail.  Only three times have I actually gotten thru to them to tell them my number has never been TMobile and I do not know the Jordan Bayliff or Bayless they keep asking for.  Three times they asked for an account number I obviously don't have before three times PROMISING to put our number on their no call list.  The calls continue.
I have called the numbers from my incoming call log AND the numbers they leave for me.  Today they either don't answer or they answer and hang up.  

What a cheesy business.

Received a call voice mail with no identifying information to call them back at a different number.  Call ed back and got a recording that all operators are busy.  No Identifying info on the recording.  After 22 seconds (on the three times I've called back) I get hung up on.

Just received a recorded phone call from 877-268-5402.  This is a business and we dont have any service with T Mobile, either personal or business.

Why are they calling us?  we have signed up on the no call list.

Please have this number removed and DONT CALL AGAIN!

Not too sure who this company is. I have T-Mobile service but my account has never been delinquent. And in the past 7 years I've had service with them, they never call me. If they are selling something they usually just slip a flyer in with the bill. This is obviously some sort of fake company. Even if they were a debt collection agency, it is illegal to pretend that they are someone else. The phone number is 1-425-562-3215 but the voicemail leaves the call back number as 1-877-268-5402.

I am getting the exact same calls...keep calling me and giving me a different number to call back and when I do I get the "all operators are busy" line as well..I have left a message telling them that I have no TMobile account and to stop calling me...we'll see if that works.

(877) 268-5402 leaves a message on my MagicJack number! This is a number I have never given out to anyone! I have made a total of 20 calls on the thing and now I'm getting calls from them asking for a callback. Of couse, like all others entering their complaints the results are the same - the call disco's after a short hold time!
