receive constant calls from this number I never pick it up due to spy phone.  If I really owe you money why can't you be a human being and leave a message about what you are calling for and for whom.  There is no such thing as respect anymore.  Why would I call you?

they call me all the time and leave voice mails saying I need to make them my number one priority, I called back and can't get any straight answers from them, they want me to verify my social, address ect...I am not giving them any information and they refuse to give me any. Anyone know where I can report them to?

Called again last night, I picked it up this time.

They asked for my next door neighbor's, ex-husband, by full name.
The guy has never lived in the building, and his ex-wife, moved in last summer.

These guys are really reaching new grounds with these calls now.

Call the neighbor, of a women, looking for her ex-husband, for a debt ???? Wow.

Not the 1st time someone has called my land line, looking for a neighbor, purely by address.

That should be illegal. I ask 'what is nature of the call? They say "a personal matter".

just called and then hung up. sometimes I wonder if these numbers are spoofed, like email addresses are spoofed. I understand this can be done in cell phone technology.  And sometimes I wonder if a computer is calling at random, just to see if they get an answer. Then later you  get a sales call, using a different called from number.

You can request that they not call  you at your work and make it clear that the number they called is your work number. Then they are legally bound to not call you at your job.

they keep calling-hanging up on our answering machine-if I do pick it up they say nothing-just hang up!

Every couple of weeks I get a call from these guys at like 8am, but they never speak. They just hang up and I don't even know why they are calling...

Called for a person that lived in my house 3 years ago but never had this phone number.  How did they get my number?

I record all the phone calls I get from apex, I live in a one party state, I don't have to tell them they are being recorded. My lawyer is loving the recordings, anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against apex.

This number continually calls asking for someone who doesn't live here. we have told them to stop calling here, but they persist. we want the calls stopped.

Getting calls from this number - they constantly asking for a "Herman Quint". Not saying who they are and what the matter is about - asked them few times to stop calling, because there is no such person at this number and they keep calling!

Then asks again do I know this person, this is NOT the first time this #
has called me, today was a Saturday 10:45AM, who is this call from?
I really should have asked who was callling before I gave any information,

These people called me at my new home phone number and I told them it was a new land line and no one by that named lived here. They were nice and said they would remove the number from that account.

call and call and call, once i hear that no one is on the other end i just hang up because i can't figure out what they would possibly want we owe NO money to anyone!!!

I received a call at work from this number. The person calling stated his name was James Fuller and he was calling to discuss a business matter. He also left me a reference number.
He did not state what company he was calling from.

just changed to vonage, now getting a recorded msg 4-5 times a day asking me to call this number, think it's apex collections from net searches

APex financial, if they use prerecorded calls to your phone there is a federal law that makes it a statutory $500.00 per call,,,,,,,,,,,PLUS $1,500.00 per call if it is willful, look under FCC for "autodialed calls" and complain

I had cancer and tons of medical bills. Could have filed bankruptcy, but did not. Trying to fight it out little by little. Now I have a new job and - a Ms Kate Wells is harassing me at my NEW employment.  I can't pay ANYONE if I lose my job!!!  We are not allowed to receive any personal calls and my co-workers sit in close proximity to me. Isn't there something that Fair Debt Collection Practices Act can do?!?!?

Their collectors do not give the mini-miranda-"this is an attempt to collect a debt, any information obtained will be used for that purpose". This statement has to be given to the person they are calling at the beginning of the conversation, if they do not give it, they are breaking the law according to FDCPA, and if you contact an Attorney, you can sue their company for at least $100 for each time they do not give the mini-miranda.  Second, if they contact you at your place of employment, or on your cell phone, all you need to do is verbally cease them by literally telling them not to call you work or your cell phone. When it comes to letters from them in the mail, or calls to your home number--you can fax them, or write them at

Mr. Jim Fuller also called me.  Pretended to be a recorded message but messed up with his "recording".  Stated to contact him by day's end or he would show up at my place of employment.  Also called my cell numerous times night/day along with sending me email from JimFuller52@hotmail.com   Watch out for this person!!  He also uses his personal cell phone as his "collection phone"  847-612-5358.  Guess they now employ mobile collection agents!!

James Fuller just called my work number and left a message. He gave a thinly veiled threat that I have been ignoring their numberous calls and that I must return this call within 24 hours.
He never stated WHAT he was calling about. And....he is asking for me by a nickname...NOT my birth name. If I have any debts that would be collected through this agency, they aren't going to be via my nickname!

Just received a call from this number regarding my ex-husband and his post-divorce debts.  Guess their crack research team failed to uncover that I have since become a lawyer.  Game on!

weekly, often daily calls - someone stop these pests!

My phone doesn't ring much but when it does it's either this number or 6 other toll free, unknown, etc. calls.  I am so tired of this. Enough is enough!!
