Thank You everyone for your information she keeps calling our house saying she is a legal carrier and needs to reach us regarding a litigation and that she had been out to our house several times and my husbands place of employment she even went as far to say that if we didn't get ahold of her to sign the papers this time she was gonna put a warrant out for our arrest

Its a scam. She was supposed to show up last friday. She never did. She even gave a exact time. Its just a scare tactic to try to get you to pay. Dont pay its a big fat scam.

I received a Blocked call and when I didn't respond, they didn't leave me a voicemail. My sister called me that they also called her from a Blocked number and said they were going to show up to MY job on Wednesday, Jan 16th. They have a "pending litigation that was issued under my name and SS#" and left a case number.
But she said she was a legal carrier for a settlement and the claimants are the ones I need to contact. It sounds like a scam. Either way, I will see if they show up on Wednesday.

Trish just called my job as well. I told her I was not aware and what was it for and she said she didnt know and that she couldnt open it. She said she will be out to my job to serve papers.

I just got the same call from Ms. Trish Evans. She will be out on December 4th to my place of business to sever papers unless she gets a desist order. What's up with that???. glmike1970@yahoo.com

Same here got the phone call yesterday 20 Nov. Who do I call to report this? I hoping they show up. I will detain them until an officer comes out.

Trish Evans called my parents house saying she needed to serve me papers. Left a message asking me to call her at 877-275-5374. When I called back a man answered the phone by saying litigation nothing else. When i asked who I owed the debt to he would not give me the information. I then asked who the lawyer was he would not tell me. It is a scam. Tried to get me to pay them over 4500.00. Then Trish Evans called my cell phone under restricted call.
