The above message "may" be a shill. You will notice that the person did not state if they really owe money. Unless someone state "yes, I owe money on a real debt & they're taking me to court" I wouldn't take it as fact.

I live In Charleston and got the EXACT same thing but I did receive paper work. It has the attorney information when you sign the papers. Did someone come to your job?

I just received a voice message stating, "This is Samantha and I have a letter of intent to appear in court for you to sign.  I am leaving the office in a couple of hours and will see you in a couple of days to sign the papers.  Please call this number at 877-275-6548 about case #......"  At first, I freaked out. After a moment,  logic kicked in...1) I looked at my caller ID and it said private number, 2) I live in SC and the call back number is to New York and 3) official information is not left on answering machines.  I am reporting them asap!  It is a SCAM!

I just recieved the same thing. I guess after you sign for the papers, you call them and they answer questions for you. I did not have anyone call my house though. This was the number to the place on my documents.

I got served some papers to appear in court. This guy came out with a manilla envelope. Also, someone with the county came. This number was on the top of the paper work. Any one else talk to them yet?

I too just received a phone call from Bianca saying that she is coming to my place of residence and business today between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to serve me papers.  Who are these people?  Are they even licensed in the State of Florida?

The caller id said restricted, but a b:-tch named Bianca left a message saying that she had a letter of intent for me to sign and was coming to my home address and place of business.    She tried her best to sound stern.    Next time i get the restricted message, I'm going to pick up and tell "Biaca" that I have a cup of coffee and cookies ready and I'm waiting for her to show up at my door.
