Received a call with the same scam, but this time called "United Services" ask for Richard or Paul Johnson.

The ol CC Services is well known scam. They are not doing anything that you can't do for yourself. And you will get taken for a huge amount for these services.   The reason you can't find them in itself should tell you scam operation. A real honest operation will turn up on googling.  I didn't turn anything up either with this name.

And yes, your C. Cards can lower the interest rate if they want to. If they won't, its time to move on to someone who will! BTW, they are breaking DNC laws also by cold calling you! They should be reported here:

Company called "American Services" claiming to be able to reduce my dept 45% off with 0% interest. The example explained was say I owe 15,000 on a credit card to one, two or 3 companies combined, they will eliminate the dept with those companies, I have to stop using those cards and I pay back at 0% the balance of around $9,000 to them.....

Stating smaller payments and actually seeing my balance get back to 0.

Hum, sounds great, but sounds really fishing. I called my credit cards and they don't have any options to simply help by lowering my interest rates from 29% and 23% to help, so what am I to do?

They also wanted to 3rd party a call with the BBB who they say they have a great 10 yr track record with and an A rating.

So I guess I ask, why can't I find American Services on a google search?
