Hi rec'd a call from this number AFTER they called my cousin in another state, MY BOSS who is also the managing partner of a tax firm (=not a happy camper) I had NO clue what this was in regards to. Come to find out that it is from an old payday loan from 2011 that I closed my bank account because of the insanely high fees ( I paid the principal amount )They continue to say that I have a felony charge against me for a fraudulent check. I'm flipping my s*** and agree to pay the settled amount to drop the felony charge. I am an idiot, and out of money. I should have said ok then, serve me. I want it in writing.
If they call you, ask for them to send it in writing and that you will SUE THEM for calling your place of employment. MOTHER F'ERS!!!!!!
