received FAX from Century Capital stating my company has been pre-approved for equipment financing based on information received from Dun and Bradstreet.  This FAX is in my home and used for a very small non-profit that I am sure Dun and Bradstreet has never heard of.  No way to remove it from their list

First off: Do not call the removal number.  What you are doing is confirming that your fax number is good when you call it.

Junk fax for Unison Capital from Ron T White.  Very long wordy fax about equipment and financing.  Of course there is a part of the fax where they want all info!  If you want to remove your number go to their spam list. removemyfaxnumber.com or call 877-284-7885 pin 16362.  Note also when you call to remove your number they will now have your landline to start calling with scam calls.  Another waste of paper and toner. Paper will be tossed.

Third time I have tried to remove our company number from recieving faxes.  Everytime its a different pin number.  Roof Guard is what they are trying to sell.  We are in a leased office space, nobody wants their crap!  Killing trees and chugging our ink!

Removal number for another junk fax from what I suspect is the same limousine company that faxed me before.  This one was supposedly from www.a-reliablelimousine.com.  Are companies really that stupid to think that harassing people with junk faxes is going to get them any business?!

JUNK FAX offering working capital from a company called Merchant Solutions of Connecticut. Opt out fax removal line is a spammer advert line will just add your working fax # to a long list of other "good faxes." In short-don't bother.

I called this number to remove our fax from sending list. Very quickly at the start of the call, I heard what sounded like "...for a charge of $5.99. Please have pencil and paper ready to take down the following". I hung up. Has anyone else tried calling this number for removal and then had a charge appear on their phone bill?

"Removal" number for a junk fax from Hinsdale Limousine Ltd.  They claim that their faxes are one time only, but obviously they are not as I have a file of faxes from them.  Complaints to the BBB, AG office, FCC and local COC to follow.

Filed a complaint with the FCC. I have tried the 877-284-7885 entered the PIN #14742. Still getting their unsolicited junk! Last time they were selling diamond tipped saw blades. This time engraved wall plates.

I started keeping track of the Remove My Number phone numbers and the dates to see how often I get this junk. I've received a fax each month with the same removal number with different pins. It's annoying and it needs to stop. When I called 800-337-4194 it said that the fax number was from an unlisted/unknown company. How is this possible? Shouldn't someone know who gets these numbers set up?

To trace toll free numbers, call AmeriTech at 800-337-4194.  It's all automated and you enter the phone number you want to trace and it will tell you what phone company the number originates from and also gives a trouble reporting number.
