I'm finally filing a claim on this charge through my bank.  I originally called the company back in November and spoke with a guy named Robert.  He said that he would refund my account but it never happened to this day.  I actually called the company again but an answering machine picks up and the woman's message keeps repeating.  Yes!  this company is bad and should be prosecuted.  My bank is now investigating the company but it would take 2 weeks before I hear from them so stay tuned!

When I checked my bank account today there was a fake check presented and paid against my account to Bermus Techhub LLC in the amount of $199.  The phone number 1-877-287-7121 was displayed on this fake check.  I called the number and at is to auto starter usa and all I can do is leave a voicemail.  Of course they will not call me back.  These are crooks !!!!  I then called my bank to dispute this charge which of course will take up to five business days for the money to be returned to my account.  Has anyone else above had any luck resolving this issue?
Thanks!

We have fallen victim to this, what I'm certain is a scam.  My recently deseased (July, 2013) mother-in-law just got a charge of $149 on her bank statement, an account we must keep open until after probate. Our first phone call resulted in no answer, but left a message to call us.  No call.  Second call answered with "Customer Service", but without the name of the company.  After requesting what type of company this is and that a $149 charge was posted on the bank statement, he hung up.

Auto Starter!!!  Mom-in-law hasn't owed a car since 1998.  We've called the bank, and they've opened an investigation.  I'd love to find out where this guy (these guys) live.

Yeah I am in the process of that.  I have to wait for the charge to post first.

Here is the rest of the information I have dug up.

http://autostarterusa.3dcartstores.com/

Called at 7:13 am and was told that the order was cancelled and they would email me a confirmation.  Verified the delivery address of 20801 Lapine Way, our old address.  They were to get me information on who placed the order.

Called at 8:55 am to tell them I did not get the email.  They said I would get one within a half an hour.  Gave me a verbal cancellation number of 1209056 and I aked them to email that to me also.  They said they would.  I asked for the email associated with the order, he told me to hold for a minute and hung up on me.  I called three times after that and he did not answer.

Call your bank and report the unauthorized charge and replace your account. Call your bank because this is fraud and you have to replace your account anyway because scammers have it.

Called the number because it showed up as an auto-deduct from checking account for $199.00. Man said somebody ordered a car starter; delivery address was a p.o. box. They said they'd refund the money; but my opinion was the company wasn't legit. Phone wasn't answered like a company; and the guy didn't ask any questions. It seemed like he'd been through the situation many times before. I'll see if I really get the money back.
