Left a voice mail for me to call the office, I called back and spoke with Mr Kelly from First Financial Asset Management.  They are a debt collection agency collecting on extremely old debt.  Know your rights.  Read the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the debt collection laws in your state.  There are a lot of laws regarding debt collection!!  Any violation by a debt collector will result in large fines if you contact a consumer rights attorney!!

I keep getting a message saying I owe money for my daughters bill. I have called the company where my daughter went and inquired about the bill ....they told me it was paid in full and I don't owe anything. I don't know what LDG is trying to pull but don't pay them, its a scam!!

This 877-290-9573 calls almost daily and hangs up. I am totally fed up with this company calling and would like to report it to whereever you report harassing calls.

Our country is about to raise the countries ceiling debt, as they can't afford to pay back debts!
I reckon it's easy for the government to do this, but LDG Financial Services, LLC needs to understand that there are people out of work, running small businesses by a hair because sales have been limited since 2008, and there are folks who are living on the streets with children as they no longer own homes.

I'd like to complain about LDG financial Services, as they have been calling a company dispatching service.  They are leaving messages for a person we are unaware of.  If this person owes them money, then there's obviously a reason he/she is not able to pay. Unlike our government that will raise their credit limit, individuals and businesses are unable to do so.  Our government has gone to hell in a hat basket.

I want the calls to cease, and if they don't I will write the FCC and report the calls. it's ridiculous that American's are being treated in such ill respected way. Thre President of the USA doesn't respect us, as he just about called us "losers" for not knowing about the "Ceiling Debt".  Well, we're not losers, we are American's struggling to make a living and put food on the table. We are fighters and even though we may not be wealthy, living on the streets, or forging for food to feed our family.  Collectors need to back off Amercicans.

I received a recorded phone message today (10/15/07) "regarding an important matter regarding an attempt to collect a debt."  They did not leave a person's name nor a company name.

I have since done research on the Internet and found that the number belongs to LDG Financial Services, LLC, 4553 Winters Chapel Road, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30360.

Have been receiving "Witheld" calls leaving nasty voicemail asking that I return call.  Ignored calls until yesterday.  When I called Ms. Greer back yesterday, the automated phone answering service identified the company as LBG Financial Services.  I told Ms. Greer to remove my number from her list because I was NOT Mindy Webber who was identified by Ms. Greer as the intended recipient.  I get another call today from Ms. Greer, call her back, extremely upset with her and ask to speak with her supervisor.  Ms. Hurley gets on the line, again asks if I am Mindy Webber, when I say no, she states that she will remove my number in a hateful tone of voice.  I ask for Corporate number and state that if I have another call I will file charges for harrassment.  Ms. Hurley then promptly hangs up on me.  I call Ms. Webber back who threatens me with harrassement charges if I don't quit calling her, will not give me Corporate's number, forwards me to Ms. Hurley again, who lets her voicemail pick up.  I give Ms. Hurley a scathing retort on voicemail stating that I will continue to look for Corporate's number and that it's obviously ok for her agency to call and leave voicemail after voicemail, and that is't quite funny that she doesn't have the guts to pick up and give me the information I request.

I received a voice mail on 5-31-11 for my daughter. She owes no one any money and is current with all her accounts. They called her employment on 6-1-11 and then called and left her a message on her cell phone. They turned around and called me again on 6-1-11. How can we protect our credit from unscrupulous bottom feeders?

Yeah they called me, marked the message urgent, scared the crap out of me, I don't own no one anything, I don't know what this is about, I'll be reporting them.  A Mrs. Corey left the message.

I received several calls from LDG Financial also, some masquerading as a medical company seeking to confirm a prescription for the son of the person they were pursuing. I recently received another call where a "Mr. Easton" identified them as a collection agency. He was rather rude. The number he called from was 5164795947. Someone has to put a stop to these people.

It is also illegal in the state of Nevada to make harrassing or obscene phone calls.Statute 201.255 provides for Federal Prosection of offenders including Federal prison time and hefty fines of said company.Mevada also provides numbers to call for home phones and business phones.I have also phoned the home line to report harrassment.The phone company will deal with them as well as police and or Sheriffs.I am keeping a og book of said calls to be turned over to Nevada law enforcement.
