Same Deal... My wife received the free trial and then canceled her order (well within the 10 days.) She went online and filled out the cancellation form and thought that was it.  She only received the free trial package... never anything else and then today I go online to find that they charged our bank account the $87 or whatever it is.  Above someone listed this company's address as being out of Tampa, FL.   Here is the Attorney General info listed for Tampa:

I ordered on Nov 19, never received the product and canceled on the 29th - 10 days later.  I received my cancellation # and thought the issue was done and I was out the 2.95.  Yesterday, I get an e-mail saying another order was coming.  I called the # given, was on hold forever but finally got somebody in Chicago who told me that I had canceled 1 day too late.  Never mind that the day previous was a Sunday.  I argued the logic of 29-19 = 10 days but to no avail.  She finally offered to refund 1/2 of my money which at this point I am happy with (we'll see if it actually happens).  My advice is obviously not to do it but if you do and want to cancel, do it well within the 10 day time frame.

Yep total racket. These guys are the ones that hacked Twitter back in late Nov. 2010/early Jan. 2010 and spammed the web site offers. My CC company said they're denying the charges. I was able to get through after a 40 minute wait, a "Jennifer" had me cancel the continuity via a web site, http://www.cancelsite.com/mc/ & provided the form fields like password that I needed to fill which supposedly cancels the continuity. But she refused to credit my account so I called my CC company to dispute/block the charges. They even called with a fraud alert to let me know!

Same thing happened to me.  $87.13 and no products!  To top it off, my bank refuses to help.  They keep telling me to call the toll-free number of that company.  And as we all know, that doesn't work.  I am horrified that I fell for this scam and want my money back!! Anyone have luck getting their $87.13 back?

I got scammed. charged $87.13 on my card just 4 days after requesting free trial-which never got. have to cancel on credit card etc. what a mess-i've never been scammed before! Am usually very careful!

I feel so stupid! I thought I was doing something nice for myself for the 1st time in forever by ordering BriteWhite. So far have only been charged $3.99 and no product either. I'm freaking cuz I have money being deposited into my account tomorrow morning, and I don't know if I'll be charged for this crap. Cancelling my card to hopefully avoid getting ripped off.

oh my god. I'm glad that they only charge on my card $3. After that I found out that was a scam. I keep calling them everyday during business hour, nobody answer, beside that , I always got hang up after 30mins. I colose my credit account already and tell them that Novopay is a scam, make sure I won't get any charge again. I hate this kind of people. I'm sure they won't be happy and good forever.

I also fell for the bs.  I noticed the $88 withdrawal when I tried to balance my checking account.  I get the number from my credit union and called.  The first time I was on hold for 45 minutes and the second time I called I was on hold for over 1 hour!!!

I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau, the state Attorney General and the FTC regarding this scam.

Holly,same thing happened to me!! I have been calling to talk to a live rep. but I have been put on hold for 30 mins and no one answrs. What did you guys do because I need help as well. I never received the product either !!!! HATE scams !!!

I FELL FOR IT TOO!!! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 52 MINUTES AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED YET!!!! I just want to know what we can do!!!!!Are they going to charge the account for that amount every month?  I DESPISE scams!!!!  I think that those people should be punished SEVERELY!!! I just changed my account information!!!

I, too, fell for this scam and they charged my credit card $87.13 within two days of placing my order for the Acai Berry.  It was supposed to be a free trial.  What's more, I never received the product.  I called this toll-free number that I got from the bank that my card is processed through.  I want to pursue this and get the charge taken off my card.  I need an address to go with this phone number so I can contact the Atty. Gen's Office, the D.A.'s Office, the State Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda, and anyone else that will listen.  This product was supposedly endorsed by Kathy Lee and Hoda.  I am upset, to say the least.  The person I talked with at this number was of  hispanic nationality with a heavy accent, hard to understand, and gave me the run-around.  We all need to do something about this.  Please help!

I fell for one of those Acai Berry Diet things online. It was supposedly a news lady who tested it, but after I ordered it, it states that you only get it for 10 days before they charge your card almost 90 for a one month trial. Then, they continue the shipments. There is a number, but when you call...during business hours, they do not answer, there is a young girl who answers the phone and states to call and speak to a LIVE rep. during business hours (this IS during business hours...mind you. I think I'll be calling my credit card and having to put a hold on it, but it is my lifeline..my check card, so once again, I did something really stupid to try to get a free trial with just shipping! DON"T DO IT!
