Maybe it's time for Josh Haddon, Chris Richie and their associates to "fess up" to the truth.  It's better to face the consequences than to continually run.  Life on the run can be pretty stressful as I'm sure Josh can attest to after having a stroke.  Unfortunately, this will never happen as they been doing it so long they don't know any other way to live.

Josh Haddon is claiming he is an "innocent" pawn.  He says he was hired as a "consultant" and tried to get the owners to listen to him.  Unfortunately for Josh, he is listed as one of the Directors under the Corporate Registry.  So whatever happens to this company will lead directly to Joshua Haddon.  On a side note, he's looking for new work.

Unfortunately we got sucked in to buying a membership in Thunder Bay. That was back in May and we tried to cancel within days. Have heard every excuse under the sun and our check has been in the mail to us numerous times?? Now it is November and we still have nothing!

Wouldn't or shouldn't the President / CEO or public relations rep. be making a public statement about the company.  As a "representative"  you should also be including your name and title with the company.  Also - just a hint - making ignorant and snotty comments on here will NOT have any economic gain or ensure sustainability for your company - my mom just signed up for a membership - which I encouraged her to cancel. Too bad one of your representatives promptly certified her cheque and cashed it as soon as her bank was open the next morning. I guess you do that just in case people change their mind before your "10 day cancellation period"  That's ok - we will go the route of the BBB and Licencing if we have to in order to get her money back. 10% - 50% off flights?  We get that all the time - Porter / Westjet & good 'ol A/C are always at war. You would know that - you are in ONTARIO right?? And the other "perks" - it's just plain BS. Your shows - they are put on by people who do their jobs very well.  They are very convincing and appear to be very informed.....in order to get your money.   Oh - and the Government of Canada does not licence scams???? It's not that difficult to get a licence.  PS - I work for the Gov't - you don't fool me.

Got a call from them. First thing they said is that I was recommended by someone. I asked who? They told me a name. They then asked a bunch of questions such as last vacation, age, when plan to take next vacation. They called from 877-857-3877. Got off the phone, called the person to find out that they lied to me. Now I feel dumb. Very unethical. If a company is to lie to you from the get go, who knows what else they would try to do to screw you. This company is a waste to society, adding know value. These companies should not exist and won't exist for long.

I completely agree with Peachy, if you a trustworthy company: don't call me, I'll call you if I need a vacation. Also I hate being called at home and I will forever refuse to shop or use a company that would stoop to such levels.

Well, if it isn't a scam, how did you get my cell phone number? I have never given it out to anyone but close friends and family. And why would you be calling me at 8pm? Just saying. Don't be such a sketchy company if you don't want to be perceived as a scam.... but that's just my opinion.

The Gov't of Canada does NOT license SCAMS.....but of course you would know that right?...Perhaps before jumping online you should have some facts straight.

Sundream Holidays is from Ontario, and is a larger portion of an already existing company that is fully licensed by the gov't.

The company which you speak of from Alberta is actually now in Mexico....quite a distance from here, also owned and operated by someone who has 0 ties to our company
