If you got a post card in the mail that says its from the Grants Dept. At 325 Pennsylvania Ave. SE in Washington DC. It's a scam. This address is actually WELLNESS CAFE. I looked up the address and found it on Chow.com   Don't fall for this one. The government doesn't send people any thing like this by mail or email... EVER. They are getting better at fooling people to fall for this kind of stuff.  Hope this info helps you.

Here's what I received from the FCC:

The best way to provide all the information needed for the FCC to process your complaint is to complete fully the on-line complaint Form 1088 which can be found at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. The Form 1088 first asks you to select the specific telemarketing activity that you are complaining about, and then directs you to a section of the form that asks specific questions relevant to that activity.

Recieved this number to apply for grants.  Not sure if it is real.  They said they are with the Grant department in Wash. DC. Want more info  before I go forward.
