1-877-305-5202 called and left a message on my son's home phone that he had received a claim against me and that i had officially been served. my son emailed me and i did some research and found this page.
i called my son and he told me the guy that called and left the message sounded drunk, left no company name and was very unprofessional. i have no intention of calling this phone number back.

I got a call from Mr. Henley also looking for an address to serve my son papers for a lawsuit.  They had my name correct and my son's name correct, but the address they gave as where they tried to serve him was bogus.  Did some research and Everglade Capital Solutions is a bogus debt collector trying to get addresses and last four digits of SS#.  They use different numbers to call people one of the numbers they use most is 877-780-4514.  Different people call with the same story and incorrect addresses and last four of SS#, trying to get information.  Apparently some calls do have correct addresses and SS#, so they are getting better at this.  Do not call back and do not give any information.

I did from a Mr. Henley needing to verify my address to serve me papers.  Called on my cell phone.  I was told he called old place of employment.  The voicemail said he was from an attorney's office in my city, however, he was calling fro Everglaze Capital Solution.  Of course, the last statement made- you have been served.
