Bluestar is taking 35 $ out of my account. I have no clue who they are or why they taking money out from my account. How do I stop this.

I was charged $35 from bluestar and I have no idea who they are.

These people got me and i do not know who they are . They cause my bank account to be over drawn and i was charged a bank fee. If their address is correct i am going there and get my money or something. I am disabled and have nothing but time on my side. I deleted and unsubscribed from their E-Mail. They are nothing but crooks and need to be dealed with in that manner.

I tried to use my bank card & was declined. i then notified the bank to see what was going on, they said that BlueStar had been charging my account for $20.00 several times & that i had several overdraft fees. They gave me a phone number 1-877-307-8377, and no one has answered. The answering machine says to call back within business hours. I have no idea who BlueStar even is!

BlueStar Direct has been taking money out of my checking account weekly since August 18, 2009. The amounts range from $5-$35 totaling $205. I contacted BlueStar and they said that I had applied online for $7500.00 credit which is not true. I have no idea who these people are or how they got my information either. Steve Riley is the supervisor I talked to at BlueStar and he also spoke to my local police dept. and assured us that my money would be returned in 7-10 days. This company has taken money from me before, however my money at that time was not returned. Charges have been filed and I will let you know if I get my money back.

these people got me for $175.00 so far plus a $35.00 over draft fee they are crookes I'v never gave them my info i did get ahold of them they are suposed to refund my money will see. as sone as I mentioned my bank they refused to give me any money back like they was in the first place I cann't affored this crap i am a single mom with 3 children give me my money back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They never called me, they just kept taking out money from my account.  The last one was for 10.00.  The bank gave me their number, I finally had to close down my account.  They've cost me overdraft fees ranging from  one to two hundred dollars.

This s**t needs to stop. I have had over 20000 dollars taken from me and i didnt even know it. I am taking legal action tomorrow. I will sue the paints off this company. I do NOT know how they got my info but it will come to an end.

This company blue star charges my account 35.00 every week. i have to call my bank and get it returned to my account. What I'm doing is closing my account and opening up a knew one. this is driving me crazy I work hard for my money and for some company to just be taking 35.00 from my account I'm not having it. It has to stop.

they took out $35.00 from my checking account and caused a overdraft fee. I do not know this company nor did I authorize any charges. I believe they obtained my info through payday loans.

I don't know who gave BLUESTAR the right to take $35 out of my account but they cause other things to BOUNCE, give me back my money, stay out of my account, refund overdraft charges to me RIGHT NOW< TODAY>

This is hapening to me also.  I just bounced my car payment and rent due to this company's withdrawal, now not only am I late on those two bills I have 2 $30 bank fees none of which I have the money to pay.  I can assure you I will be researching this and prosecuting if I can!  Im Piss#ed!

they took $125 out of my ccountt he lady said she cancelled the account and I should get my money back in 10 business days. Its been past that and I still have not received it. Not even my fee for my carpayment that wasn't there because the took the damn money out without my permission

I am a single mother of three and on a very limited income..BlueStar hass been taking money outta my account sin ce October...I have a list of NSF charges because they take money outta my account. I will be calling my bank to stop payments and see if I can get my money back that they have taken...wrote a check for rent now I got to go explain to this man who isn't too polite what has happened. These folk need to be dealt with...how can they keep doing this to people...

When I see the my bank statement, one month ago they took my money 35$ from my bank account. So, I called 1-877-307-8327. They said they'll put back money to my account during tow weeks. Right now, I try to call this number, I heard " the number is not in service".I don't know how to get back my money? Please, someone help me.

I had over $115 dollars taken from my account. I looked them up on BBB and they have had over 70 complaints filed against them. I don't know how they are still in business ripping us all off. I did find another number for them that hopefully you can reach someone on. 888-270-3950. It is the Bluestar Business Phone number not the one they put on your account and never answer.

This company, Blue Star keeps charging my card for 8.95/month for a "recurring internet payment". NO IDEA who these people are. The bank isn't helping much either..

bluestar is a online credit co. they got us to and i got in touch with them they canceled the account an repayed me for everything i hope this helps

I'm being charged $20 a month from Bluestar.  I have never heard of this company nor have I authorized them to withdraw from my account.

This Company called Blue Star charged my Credit Card, 20.00 dollars this morning. The phone number also listed 8773078327. What is going on? I am getting myself a lawyer as of today to sue the pants off of you, If my Money is not returned back into my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dare you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????? This company hit my bank account also, have no clue how they got my routing number or bank account number, have tried calling the number and never get a answer. Had my bank shut my account down, and there are reporting them as I am too

they have taken money out of my account also i called them and they lady was rude and refussed to refund my money. I will be calling them back daily complaining about them till they refund my money. they basically said too bad so sad. they had the wrong adress and i have lived at my adress for a yr now and they still refuse to refund my money.

Yes they hit me for around 90 bucks already, you can't blame the people who fall into this I am actually an expert on internet security and I fall into this click.

I sent them a warning with a copy to my state attorney generals office.

If they don't do something about this I will take my own action both legal via lawsuit and active measures to help people not fall into this trap.

One technique is to use there own unfortunately legal bait and switch against them.

Domains are cheap , there's is registered with godaddy. I've already sent formal complaint to the nic registration company, as well as technical contacts from the whois.

Next step is to secure a similiar domain name.

There are many people who can't spell platinum so any misspelling will work.
Your webpage then has a redirect to the bbs complaint page.

When there webstats go down , they'll start refunding money.

It  be well worth the five dollars for the domain reg, and the 20 minutes or so to set up the redirect.

I HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY FOR $492.65. I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY ARE ASK FOR ALL THE AMOUNTS AND ARE GOING TO STOP PAYMENTS IN THOSE AMOUNTS FROM THIS COMPANY. THE AMOUNTS RANGED FROM $8.95 TO $30.00. I AM TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AS WELL TO GET THEM TO STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
