Talk about CRAZY! I am on the phone right now with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and while I am waiting for the representative to get some information for me, this number calls in, TWICE!  You would think that they would at least wait for me to GET OFF OF THE PHONE before they called me with a survey to see how they did!!!!!!!!!!

They called three times, I picked up the first two times and no one was there.  When I called back, an automated compuoter said they were BCBS-FL wanting to do a survey from my request for service earlier today.  Which truly happened today, so I guess the number is legitimate.  But their autocall system isn't very good at connecting you with the telephone survey.

Looked it up and its blue cross of florida!
