please contact the your states attorney general and report to the cfpb, file a claim on line this is illegal the union group

This is a scam....  Dont fall victim to these people.  They try to bully you into paying a debt that you may or may not have.   They will only take credit card informaion.  They will not send you anything through the U.S. mail (because it is a scam and then they face federal fraud charges.)  They will send you information about the claim through email only. They will not give you their mailing address and will claim due to 911 we don't give out our mailing address.  Unfortunately they will call any number that is associated with you.  I dealt with them about a year ago, when I informed them, I know they were a scam, and that I had checked with my states courthouse and verified that no claim has been filed against me, they stopped calling... That is until today.. They are calling again, only this time they are calling my daughters cell phone.  Ask them to send you a verification of debt through the mail, and ask for their mailing address, when they refuse and try to bully you further, you know it is a scam.

Vicky Long called my wife's cell phone for the past 2 weeks.  Said there is a claim against her.  Now they are calling my cell phone and saying that she has to call 877-213-7821.  She wanted me to give her the information and message.  

Person calls my mother, claims that they have a file on me that says I am in big legal trouble and that they have my address and are going to show up at my house in 45 minutes. My wife and children were home alone, freaked them out. THIS IS NOT COOL!!!!!!!! Firstly -- I am definitely not in legal trouble, it must be a scam, even if I was they have no right to show up at my home and threaten my FAMILY while I am at work!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!?!? This HAS to be STOPPED!!!!!

I got a call today from Bill Miller, saying the same thing.  A claim against me and he coudln't tell me anything else

Mine too left a mssage as "The Union Group" notifying me of a claim against  me but at no time did they say a claim for what or from whom
