I call for Charter in the promotions department. We have no control over how many times/when you guys get calls. I just wanna point out we are just doing out job, and it's a hard one to do when you have 9 out of 10 people yelling at you for something that is out of your control.

I get at least 3 calls a day from this number. I do not want them.

They've been calling me once a day, called twice today. I don't even understand the purpose of this if all they do is hang up right away. How do I make it stop? I guess I'll call Charter if everyone's saying it's them. I wouldn't doubt it.

Called several times.  I do not answer numbers I don't recognize.  Charter is persistent and very annoying.  If I could get internet service from anyone else, I would do it.

I keep getting these calls to and when I answer I tell them I'm not interested.  I've actually told them why which is the fact that I see through their ruse.  First they get you signed onto to some money-saving plan (it's only good for like 6 months), then at the end of the promo period they suddenly jack their rates way above what you were paying originally.  When you call and request to get your old plan back they say they can't do that once you switch plans.  It's nothing but a con job in the end where you go from paying like $108/month originally to paying like $90 for 6 months then suddenly you're on the hook for somewhere around $180 per month.  Plus, if all you use is a cell phone, you're paying for services you don't even use.  Charter is the biggest rip-off there is.  If I could get dish or another cable company I'd drop Charter in a heartbeat.  Unfortunately, there is no alternative to Charter for internet speed where I live.

I have had charter for 15 yrs.  the last 2 years have been really bad.  charging me for internet, tv and then a phone line I don't own (I use frontier).  i have lost channels and they can't fix it.  they have wired my house because they "think"  a splitter is burried in my ceiling or I have an outdated cable box on my house (now I have 2) they drilled a hole in the concrete of my basement to fix a problem or so they said-I fixed it later myself.  Now if I am a couple of days late on my bill they call me everyday 4 times a day until it is paid, then when I pay it one computer doesn't talk to the other and I still get calls.  when I call in and complain to a live person they say it will update in a day or two just ignore the calls-but they don't stop.  On top of all that crap now they have a toll free number to try and get me to add to my already bullpuckey service-I now have to send all calls from charter to voicemail and then erase the blank air time or message saying pay your bill-even after I already paid it.  I am currently looking into other options but around my area for new options.....I am soooooooooo done with charter.    I also wish someone in their office would speak clear english instead of heavy accents-i just can't understand anyone when I call.

Jesus! Charter is so GD annoying. They called just about every day and when I answer, they hung up. Then if I didn't answer, the wouldn't leave a VM.

Finally after being pissed off because their calls became ridiculous, I called them back and sat on hold for 5 minutes until getting to a customer rep who then told me that it will take 20 days for their system to take my number off their list. CRAZY!

I can always tell what time it is 7 days a week....YES, they even call me at exactly 8:10 every day including Sundays!  That must be my time in Charter's computer, as they call me every evening at 8:10 also.  Every time I try to answer, the computer hangs up, but it NEVER leaves a VM.  What's the point???  But at least I never have to set an alarm clock anymore....

It is Charter, they call, I pick up, and then they hang up. Genius. Hey Charter, if you read these, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP ANNOYING THE HELL OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. I pay 120 bucks a month for sub par service and to top it off they repeatedly call me and hang up. Stop it. If I want another service I WILL CALL YOU.

We don't have Charter & we've told them on numerous occasions to stop calling us. The calls will quit for a while & then they will start back up.

Keeps calling, I answered 1 time and no one was there. I set all calls from that number to go to vm and they never leave a message.

Annoying @ssholes keep calling me, 3 times a day, never leave a voice mail. After seeing on here that its charter, just pisses me off even more. I already pay them for shady internet and cable, what do they want so bad, they already got a customer, and if there were alternatives here, they'd be one less custormer.

We filled out and submitted the form, but still are receiving calls, albeit from a different number.

They call me several times a day (at least 3). It is incredible annoying.

Changed privacy settings on charter.com / Blocked the calls from within verizon's block call list.  Hopefully that will take care of it.
