This is a SCAM to get your personal information - they will threaten to serve you with papers but cannot tell you the address to which they are coming.  They want your SSN and DOB to "verify" then if you give to them they state they have the wrong person and will remove your number.  Lock your credit files and put a credit alert on file.  They will use this information eventually.

My elderly mother received a call from a different phone number last Thursday.  The caller was rude and threatening and told her that she had better call another number (1-866-549-7317) immediately and give them the case number that the caller then gave her.  Although we've gone over NOT doing stuff like this repeatedly, she called the number.  The man who answered asked her some questions like "Have you ever been to Kentucky", and a few other locations, and then said that he was looking for someone who has a different middle initial than my mother.  She (and again, I can't believe she did it) confirmed this by giving him the last four digits of her S.S. #, and the man seemed satisfied that my mom was not the person he was looking for.  

HOWEVER, this afternoon someone called again from 1-855-268-2639, identified himself as "Mike West" and then left a message basically threatening to come for her because she had been given every opportunity to call them with the case number and had not.

And for the record?  My mom has no outstanding debts.  I know this because I handle all of her finances.  These people are ill-informed bullies, and if I hear from them again I'll be contacting my attorney.

Keep receiving calls from this strange man that calls himself Mike West the Locator...he marks his number private and calls everyone everywhere to try and locate my daughter......called my son 15 times back to back........laughs, jokes and will not give me a company name, he is even calling people that my daughter never sees, he also knew my son was her brother, without my son saying anything to him.  I told him to stop with the harrassing calls, he told me to tell my daughter to call the company BOR...????? I called them myself and they answered the phone Hello this is Mary??????they will not tell me what BOR stands for, they will not send anything in the mail, just keep threatening active court summons for my daughter.  will not let me speak to a supervisor.  Would not tell me who Mike West is and his phone number or company name..........Also receiving calls from another company that calls themselves ACS........855-565-2301 will not give their company name, and same threats........I told them if they had something legit to send out the sheriff department with a summons, then they hang up on me.

So I got a voicemail from a blocked number from a guy named Mike West, said there is some lawsuit pending against me, so I called back and didn't say anything the phone conveniently cut out when she said the company name, I just wanted to hear what the company name is and the lady called my name. How'd they know this, I totally feel stalked I searched my name on case net and there was nothing. Has anyone gotten anywhere with these people who are they and what do they want?

someone called and state they were a third party locator calling from her blocked cell phone saying her name was ann miller.  She would not give me a compnay name..stated it was legal.  SHe called my office and proceeded to call several other of our offices trying to reach me threatening them also.  She said she did not have to go by any law and she could call whom ever and when ever she wanted.  i asked her not to call my work and she said she would call HR on me to report me that I would not talk to her.  She told me she would bring paper work to my office so I said ok...she stammered and said I need to go pick it up....again she would not supply any information..
