YES THEY ARE MASTER AGENT FOR CENTURY LINK. THEY ARE A DIRECT PARTNER AND ARE VERY HELPFUL FOR BUSINESS NEED'S. JUST AS IF ONE OF YOU WERE TO HAVE A BUSINESS PARTNER. MY REP. IS GREAT ABOUT CALLING ME BACK AND MAKING SURE I AM PAYING LESS.

Century link does have any department to take care of any of their customer's needs. Including business bundeling. It is a third party that wants some of your money. I called Century Link and was taken care of. LOOK OUT for third party intervention.

Why don't they take the hint that people do not want their calls!

We get the call every day, usually 3 to 4 times.  No one ever says a word.  Called the number, machine answers Beetle Bank or something like that.  Then says to hold for next available customer service rep.

after reading the other reviews i called and told them to put my work number on their DO NOT CALL list...........we'll see.

Called our business phone. No one speaks at the other end and then hangs up.

I got this call twice this week.  They presented themselves as "on behalf of Century Link" the first guy seemed to be a fast talker and never faxed anything.  Today the woman I spoke to seemed to make sense but I still called Century Link Business customer service where I was told that B&B communication is a master agent for CL and that are authorized to resell CL services.  They are offering a better rate but I am just unsure.  It is a 36mth contract w/the first 12mths @ a $20 off promo.  According to CL they are a legitimate company but what I can understand is how they can offer the same services as CL but at a cheaper rate.

Claims to be a Century Link Authorized Agent.  Calls repeatedly.  Return calls to this number go straight to a voice mail.  Company is self-identified on the authorization form as B&B Communications.

I have contacted Century Link.

Did not answer, did not leave a message.

Telemarketer.  Asked about our "Century Link Account" which we've never had nor heard of. Told him we're on the Do Not Call List and asked him not to call again.

I simply put the phone in front of a music speaker on ALL of thes 877/800 calls as they are ALL solicitation calls.  It's their dime, so heck with 'em.

Not a scam,  B&B communications is a company that handles the bundling acting as a master agent/ direct partner with Centurylink.

Every day for a week I have gotten a call from this number.  I called the number back to be put on the do not call list.  It said it was Century Link but to leave a message.  I just hung up.  I think it is a bogus number.

Caller claiming to represent Century Link. I could hear all the call center noise and was suspicious so I did not let her call through to the person she asked for. Glad I didn't.

Claimed to be CL rep; wanted *fax # (*said that was for varification of who I was), said they would get back. Date of call  3-23-11 time 10:17 AM.

They call and hang up. And call and hang up. But I so enjoy that more than having to talk to annoying telemarketers:)

There was a long pause after I said hello, then a man claimed he had the wrong number. Calls a couple times every day.

This phone number has been harassing me for days claiming to represent CenturyLink. While I had the bum on the phone and checked phone number online and told him what I found, he was outraged and said I was a waste of his time. That made two of us.

I too have been getting numerous calls from this "B&B Communications" claiming to be Century Link. After they could not get our plan correct I contacted Century Link directly and found that they do not know who this company is and do NOT have any of the names listed in their data base as employees. CenturyLink then advised me to not speak with them and when I asked to check on my bill they were happy to help and check to see if I had the best plan offered. If this number contacts you I would advise you to call Centruylink directly. I also was able to put a third party block on my phone lines.

This number is listed to B&B communications. They are partners with centurylink. They provide business bundling as centurylink does not have a department to handle this. They are more than helpful in providing services, support, and answers to most of my common issues.

I receive calls daily from this number. The person on the other end of the line claims to be from Centurylink, but caller ID says "Not Provided". When questioned, the caller states I can call back the same number and it will be answered as Centurylink. I did a reverse number look up and found this number registered to a company called Bandwidth.com out of North Carolina. So the caller lied to me. All kinds of caution flags, starting with "Not Provided" caller ID.

I have gotten called by this number about once a week, and they keep saying wrong number before I answer anything.  Wondering what the point is.  I called back twice now and told them to put me on their do not call list.  Next time I will try to file charges for harrassment.

I just received a call from 877-315-9717 claiming to be century link asked how many lines we have, which I told them that they have that info infront of them and that this is a scam. then they verified the information and asked for a fax number and my name. wich i gave them...Now I am really concerned on what is going to happen.

Claimed to be with Century Link teleservices....wanted to discuss bill.Took message. Called Century Link, account was fine and this number is not a Century Link number. Century Link had no record of calling. This number is traced back to land line in TX. Most likely "phone crammer" scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM NAMES OR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
