caller from 847-628-8330 told my husband I owed a phone bill and would settle for $250.00. I was out of town at the time. He said that they had the wrong person. She wanted him to give her my social number.He would not. Called back again today but I would not answer.

Called my cell phone and I never answer. I just ignore the scum suckers. If someone can't call me with a legit number and leave identifying message than they're wasting their time and mine. Not reputable. I'm on the do not call registry. I blocked my number and called back. They don't answer but a message said this was Jennifer with the Cardinal Group and she couldn't get to the phone leave a message. I don't know these people.

Number associated with Cardinal Recovery. They continue to call after I asked they didn't and would not tell me their business or what/ who they represented.
