Found this number on my credit card statement. They made an authorized charge.

When you get the free sample, that's how they get ya. They then take out the 80 bucks for the sample and the next shipment. You have to read the fine print...which I did not..hahah on me. Anyways, spoke to them several times to stop taking money out of my account...I had to be very mean several times over a period of 5 months. I finally told her if she didn't stop taking my money that I earn I was going to take if further...No money has been taken out since then. Keep calling them, it just makes them mad but it gets your point across.

they have great customer service, and if everyone would just read there terms and conditions than you wouldnt be blamming them for your mistakes!

You can call 1-877271-4199 and speak to them. They cancelled the cost on the second bottle I never ordered (rec it today) they cancelled the charge and they want to charge me $79.95 for the free trial bottle that I only had to pay $1.97 for s/h. This is truly a scam as far as I am concerned. Also fit factory cancelled my membership which I never started. Their number is 866-407-1022

Hi, thank you for this thread!  Called the  877-350-8480.  I had the defunct # on my cc statement only.  I just called and canceled for the second time.  I will see if the refund is made to my account.

In my case this phone number was on my Master Card Statement for AcaiaSlim product $76.41 and $78.42 the next month. It started by my internet request for an Acaia Berry FREE sample if I pay shipping charges with a credit card. I was told by Mater Card that the fine print of Terms and Conditions allowed them to send me the product after so many days for a monthly shipment of the product and get billed through the credit card. To cancel I would have to call 1-877-317-0189 (Vendor) to cancel, and get their name, ID number, and cancellation number. If you call you could be on hold for a long time, but eventually I got through (took 2 days of phone calls and waiting)and cancelled the order.
  I also had cancelled my M/C number, and put in a dispute to get my money back from the vendor. You can put in a dispute for each of their billings and this costs the vendor for each dispute. Master Card World Wide will follow up with the dispute getting more information from me, like how I got involved, and did i try to cancell with the vendor. Of course the vendor will appeal because of the "fine print" trickery and I would be stuck to the contract obligations even though I was not aware of them. Letters will be going to "Provincial police Fraud Investagation Dept" Federal Trade Commission", "RCMP fraud Dept", "Credit Card Company" and spreading the word on the internet. And keeping a record of everything that happens and who I speak to. Letters from AcaiaSlim come form this address

My online banking has been down for the past couple of months. I do not recommend Quicken on a MAC. Found this suspicious charge and did a search. Seems they tested the waters with a $4.95 charge. Since no complaints they charged $79.95 2 weeks later, then did it again two more times.  FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I conyacted Fit-Fac and cancelled my policy with them and they gave me another number for Acai-a-slim. 1-877-350-8480 and this puts you in touch with customer service.

I got charged 79.95 two times in dec.08 have called 8773170189.. no responce. I did get a refund from Fit-fac.

I also am being charged multiple times for product I did not order or recieve. I have cancelled my credit card and have reported to the fraude investigation unit as well. I really have repeatedly tried to contact them and can never get in touch no matter which avenue I take. SO i hope that the authorities can bring down this scam artist company.

They have charged my mom's account also; she put a stop on her credit card. They did call yesterday and told her to fax proof of her cancelation to 1-800-520-8117 but the fax is "either busy or not responding". Does anyone have a different fax number?

This is a number that has shown up on my credit card under     DRI*ACAIASLIM 877-317-0189 MN   this company repeatedly charges your credit card and each charge is different by a few cents.
I have never ordered anything from this company  - the whole thing was suspicious.  
i have filed a dispute with my credit card holder and have already requested an immeditate *stop* put on my credit card.  Since the beginning of December, this is the third fraudulent set of charges I that has shown up on my credit card (the other being 8665839791Securedpa Donvale VIC &  www.fit-fac.com 866-4071022 NV both of which are listed through here )
And I didn't even do any internet shopping (or any shopping for that matter) for christmas!

My advisement to any who encounter this:  Put a STOP on your credit Card and report it to the Provinical Police Fraud Investigations Department
