I recieved a text from this company trying to scam me into paying shipping on a free walmart gift card

they sent me a text and without thinkking i went along with this scam they promised me a 200 walmart rebate voucher and said 5 to 7 besness day ill recieve my gift that was 10 days ago if they do not send me something before friady i will press charges at a federal level by by contact the fbi they have a divion for this kinda thing i do believe the number they had me call was 877 676 5828 a david king was the representitive the code was 7207 they ripped off the wrong guy but think about it LEADED U TODAY{LEADEDUTODAY} YA LEADED ME A BUNCH OF BULL

I got the message that would receive a 25.00 wall mart card if I called that number. And it said it was in thanks for visiting there website, which I have no idea what website. And no I did not call. And I would like to know who the hell they are and how they got my number. It was from msq@leadedutoday.com and the number was 877-380-8166

YEA well it was a different number but that same deal and I actually friggin fell for it but I straightened everything out with the bank because about five mins after I did it I realized how ignorant I was ....ANYWAYS when I had already told the bank I called back and was askin questions and told them that I had READ ABOUT THEM ONLINE and the man who had just got done tellin me he couldnt refund me (which it didnt matter I had already cancelled everything) told me that if I told him the website he would refund me lol..he started to panick I laughed and hung up ...and when they txted me again I called em and told em if  they called me again that I was goin to call the police and they havent txted since...ALSO I actually called the FBI and they said that there was nothing that they could do about it..and pretty much told me that I probably lost my money....GREAT...LoL...But anyways its fixed now and I hope those ppl who do this stupid stuff EAT S*** AND DIE

they just texted me too.. i called the number and they were telling me about a free card and gas voucher, then they told me it was a small one time fee of 2.00 dollars so i have to give a credit card numbber so they can ship it out to me.. do they really think im that stupid.. its a scam dont even call the number back

This is a scam! They talk very fast so you can barely understand what they are saying. When you say no to their questions they disconnect from you. I called  them, talked to a different person, and asked them to remove me and whatever info they had on me and to not text or contact me again.The man I spoke with said he would. He also said they did not have a woman by the name of Karen Jones working for them. Either he is lying or they are making up names to use. BEWARE!!!!!!!

on 11/8/10 I received a text from text@leadedutoday with the same thing all you people are saying.  They said you visited their sight and to thank you you would get a $200 gas voucher and a $20 gift card.  All I had to do was to phone 877-676-5828 and give the code 6285 at 3:10 pm.  I sent a text back telling them I needed an explanation.  That came back to be as an "empty message".  When I put the e-mail message back on the computer, it came up as web site under construction, however it did have note 'unsubscribe' and i wrote in unsubscribe and the message came back that I had.

I got a text from text@leadedutoday.com telling me about my $200 gas card. This is the second one I got from them since September and have told them NOT  to call or text me. I am even on the do not call list. It says to call 877-676-5828 - I guess that's to claim my gas card.

I started gettin msg. 3 days ago. called and told them to stop and never call again. Did<t work. Then they started again< So I text them dirty message. That really did<t work.  Heres how they work. If you call they try to get you to say yes to any of there comments. If you do this automatically signs you up. If you don<t they text an text an text, if you text them a dirty or any message back< that automatically signs you up. Then every cycle they hit your phone carrier for 9.95 or more on every attemtp to contact them to stop. 2 ways to stop this. Only text the word STOP back to them. Or call your ph. carrier emmediatly tell them what is going, Ask to put you on the stop premium messaging . If call within the first couple days, your phone co. will credit back the amount they have already hit you for. they will block all premium messaging such as this. this will not alow you to get cond into signing up and not knowing it. This is the only way to stop these people. If you don<t they will keep charging your carrie then carrier will bill it to you.  Hope it helps just got facts from verizon.

GOT THE SAME MSG AND REPORTED THEM TO BBB FOR THIS AND WAS TOLD THI IS A SCAM

I received a phone message from 877-317-0858 msg@leadedutoday.com. Don't know that party.

Just received a text message from msg@leadedutoday.com thanking me for visiting their site, which I didn't ... never heard of them.  The phone # they listed is 888-210-3817.  Told them to put me on their "No Call" list.

call right away to clain your $200 gas card and $20 wal-mart cardq
