THis is a spoofed call. It is supposidly from the Ohio Lottery Retailer Service Center. While there is such a center, I'd be willing to bet that this a scam using their number or even a fake number with a fake answering machine message. When I called, I got an answering machine that gave the above name and said to they were unable to take the call and to call back during "normal" business hours. It is now 1:53 pm CDT (got the call a few minutes ago). This is 100% rip off scam.
