Are these  people real they called me oferring to repair my computer. they gave me this number 1-888-778-1127. now they are billing me from a 1 305 200-0501
please help

I filled out a form on line for free legal advice.  This was the company calling me back.

I received a call today from a company calling themselves Legato Financial located in Markham Ontario. The girl said her name was Samantha. I told her I would have to call her back, after I confirmed they where not some sort of a scam. The number she gave was 1-888-777-1127. I checked their web site and it tells me the site is still under construction, I,m sure this is a scam.

I received a call from this number today...the caller said he could provide low interest rates for my visa so I can pay my debt quicker.  He asked me to verify my mailing address (which he provided to me\).  Then he asked my date of birth...I asked why he needed that & he said for verification.  I said NO, I'm not providing it & said I wasn't interested.

1888-778-1127 just called i never answered thank god. but they have called befor huge scam seems to be they talk like they never done call centre work befor and laughed in the call also messed up on some details

hey jerk, why the f$$$ did u gave out the information over the phone in the first place???? U r the ediot, you know that??? don't know?? ok, I am telling you. now, to get the money back, call them and give your membership number and wait for 2 weeks. also send the package back to their address. other wise u will not get the full money back.

I guess i have been ripped off by these sons of %^^%&&,phoned them last friday to indicate i was not interested and said my money would be in my account in 72 hours,tried phoning that number a few minutes ago,and is not in service.The truth of the matter is not to believe a fricking soul that phones you.
I've just been had,and would like to know what steps to take to try to get my money back.
He gave his name as Roger Murphy Employee # as 10143,also gave another tel # as 905-595-4511

He was asking for asking for all information about bank cards.

I just received a call from them today. As soon as the guy said he was Harry Johnson I knew it wasn't legit. Tried to get visa information from me. Have the area they are from and wanted to know why I would think about it. Gave me the 1800 number listed above and his extension 323. That it was legato financial a debt elimination programme. Scammers!

I just received a call from this company they made it sound like they were calling on behalf of my bank.  I called my Visa company to confirm that there was no affiliation.

Royal Bank Visa told me that they are a consolidation company that charges a fee for their services.  

I'm glad I hung up,

AD - I recieved a call July 26th - caller identified herself as Jenny Parker employee # L10302 from Legato Financial Services offering to get me lower interest rates on a Visa or Mastercard.  Gave a phone number of 1-888-778-1127 and address of 25 Sheppard Ave., West Toronto Ontario M2M 5S6

Again wanted the security ID numbers on the back of a Mastercard...I did not provide...Website she quoted was www.legatoffi.com...does not exist.  Says she'll call back today after 1PM..I too think this smells of SCAM

My husband took a call from this number July 16/10 in the afternoon.  Caller stated that they were calling because we haven't been making purchases on our credit cards and that they were being paid by the banks to offer low interest consolidation loans in order to stimulate more spending.  Caller asked for our bank card number (which we didn't provide).  Caller gave his name as Nick Anderson with employee # L101 and said that he was working for Legato Financial Services Inc. in Markham, Ontario.  When searching for this company, I found a business directory with a company of the same name in South Africa as well as website which is the "soon to be home" of Legato Financial Services.
