Asking if im the owner of this phone number. Woman sounded asian. She said my number was randomly selected. I had won a carribean cruise & $200 cash. I just needed yo sign up for their $9.99 subscription

Just received call from that number on my cell, but, because it was an toll-free number, didn't answer it as they usually are solicitors. As expected, they did not leave a voicemail.

I didn't answer the call but they unknowingly left a message with background discussion on it. They were speaking in broken English which sounded like either Caribbean or African.
