its not just if you have a tech problem, i no longer have Comcast since i moved about two months ago and i just got a call from this number... and I've been getting them from numbers all around the country. last week it was Washington, week before Mass, now just came up as US... i live in a completely different New England state.. its getting a little absurd... and im wondering if its a scam, kinda like a phishing email, but through a phone call

Comcast Support.  Probably calling to confirm an appointment with you, or perhaps calling to let you know your problem is resolved.  Not sure.  I didn't answer, but it's Saturday and I have an appointment scheduled for them to come check the lines.  However, problem has been resolved apparently in the meantime.

It's the number for Comcast tech service, so they'll call you if you have a tech scheduled or there's a problem with your cable. I got a call from them, no message, and when I called back I got an automated message to hold and speak with a Comcast rep. I had a service technician scheduled to look at a problem with my TV.

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

PLEASE PUT THESE UNKNOWN CALLERS IN TROUBLE, I'M SICK OF THIS!!!!

These people are  just maddening, they repeatedly call at odd hours and hang up when I answer.

Time warner cable tech service.

In three days they called my home 8 times and never left a message.

Called me twice.  No voicemail.

They keep calling my cell phone & leaving no message... Who are they???
