I got a call from a so called process server and he was rude,but gave a number and case number to call so I did. The number is 866-384-6547 and as it turns out is the same as 877-334-8543,funny. When asked about who they are they told me and said they have a claim from a loan I took out. Told them that company I borrowed from got there money and then some, my bank talk to them and blocked them from taking any more money. Any way this Cts, Brian is his name, proceeded to tell me I owed $1500 dollars and I was in shock. The part I didn't like was I had to purchase a prepaid Visa from Walmart so they can electronically withdraw my payments to pay off a debt I don't have. Told me I could not just send it in,has to be done by some type of credit card. I work for a trucking company and they wanted me to give them my info off my fuel card,which is how I get paid too. There were too many red flags that came up and I am threatening them for false information.

Got a call from this company, CTS at 877-256-4248, for someone who does not live at my address. Said he was a process server and gave a case number, said the call was proof of service. Huh? I called the number back and got someone who told me it was CTS Mediation but did not want to give out any other info.

im getting the same calls from CTS but they will not tell me where they are.what have you done lately to stop the calls

yes im also getting the calls from this number they will not tell you where they do business and they will not confirm the debt or send you notice,just theats will a so call server and simmon.what has you done to stop them?

Called claiming they are process servers also, scam.

Recieved a call from a private number telling me they are a process server and asked me to call CTS  @ 866 453 2895. I called and they could not verify how much I owed, who I owed it to etc. I began to look online and he was very upset that i was questioning how I could validate their company. His name was Johnny Gregory and continue to threaten me even when I asked for some proof of what I owed. They said they were CTS from Atlanta. I could not find anything online about them.

Calls from this number are threatening.  They say I owe but won't tell me what and when I asked for a Verification of Debt - was told I was just stalling from paying it.  Sorry - too many times, debts are sold and sold and sold and the last time I paid a debt in full - it took me forever to get it off my credit report because even though I proved paying it - the company collecting had nothing to do with the debt at all.  I'll only pay who I owe and no second rate collection company any more!

got a call from them. Claims to be in Idaho Falls Idaho. Claims to be a CTS mediation firm. Threats of prosecution, etc and claiming to be a process server. Wanted to know my physical address and has my po box number. Would not tell me what's its about.

They're a scammer, obviously with a unknown number on the caller ID- gave me this number to call back with claim number.

If it was a real serve processor, they dont call - they come to your house and serve you legal documentations. So illegal for them to call like that plus with the threats on the phone. Apparently over some old debt which fell through over 10 years ago or something.
