This person has called my place of business 3 times today.  What do they want and how do you get them to stop.  I am on the do not call list.

These people call repeatedly.  I understand they are phone solicitors.  On numerous occassions I have called them back and told them not to call to no effect.  They seem intend on annoying people.  They claim to be named Ebridge Interactive out of Encino California.  They should be legally restrained from calling Anyone!

i am getting new calls from a 888 number last night i picked up the phone and i got a voice mail message saying the person who i am trying to contact is busy please lease a message  ,  oh hello you called me like duh,  i think these calls are being generated off a machine that dials our numbers automatically when they reach us then it goes to an (operator) who will pick it up,  no different than telemarketer, but these peeps have our infomation knowsing we get mail order medicines from Insurance carriers.  As soon as you complain they are going to a different phone line,  some times it appears to just be useless
i put there number in to my cell phone book and asign them the ugliest ring tone so when they call i hear the ring tone and dont even bother to look at my phone or pick it up,

The same for me except the listed a long list of medicine you can obtain and then offered COD on all orders. Most likely this was an online pharmacy that obtained records from national pharmacy chain through employees of national pharmacy chains.

On average 38 employees a month from national chains are arrested (per County) for filling scripts and shorting each user 5 pills and by the end of the day they easily have 90 to sell on the street. Some medicine can fetch as much as 50 dollars per pill street value.  Selling lists to these seedy companies gets the employee a commision on sales generated by the leads provided.  These employees of national chains give out all your records, Phone, Social Security, RX History and credit card information.

A lot of times when these companies are shut down the DEA will come in and start contacting the people on thier phone list in an attempt to arrest the customer. That is why they offer COD.

Sadly only a few States in the Union have implimented State databases that significantly burden these companies by tracking all of your RX information. If you order medicine you have already ordered more than once in a 28 day period... The State then sends a letter to all of your past Dr''s You then can be charged with a felony.

My advice to anyone getting these phone calls is to not say a thing and simply hang up.  If they are still in operation they will remove your name, if they have been taken over by Law E forcement hanging up on them will produce the same result.

I've been getting phone calls all day from this number.  In the past I've gotten at least 5 calls and that was 2 months ago, maybe more.  The two times that I answered, one time was a male and one was a female.  They tell me that they have my refill ready to ship and only need me to verify my address information.  I told them I don't have any orders on file and to please cancel my account.  They still keep calling me.

i also received calls from the 305-360-8444 as well.  they called my cell phone and knew my first name.  how in the hell did they get that?  i have reported them to the FCC and the DEA plus the FBI.  the FCC was the only one that seemed interested in helping out.  the DEA and FBI kept telling me to just file a complaint with my local police dept even though these people are calling from other states, which does make it federal jurisdiction, and posing as DEA and/or FBI agents.  They seemed to just not care at all.  they wonder why people don't like to "cooperate" with the FBI or DEA.  It's because THEY don't want to "cooperate" with us, the citizens.  to file a formal complaint with the FCC go to www.fcc.gov/complaints and you can choose either online form, call the toll free number, or download a PDF file to mail in or fax in to them.  If these people are calling your cell phones after you have told them not to call and to remove your name and number off "the list" then they are breaking the law and subject to heavy fines and possible prison time.
              START FILING THOSE COMPLAINTS!!!      www.fcc.gov/complaints

These scammers use some sort of computer generated phone number system. Here are more numbers they call from.... 240-324-3363 / 305-360-8444 / 609-223-7741 / 610-707-1833 / 718-577-2940 / 803-834-8425 /  786-752-3452 - they are relentless. I have cussed them, screwed with them, threatened them - they will not stop. I just wish they would go ahead and call me and act like the FBI, DEA or whom ever they are impersonating and stop calling me.

I received the same call & went along with the guy on the other end just to see how the scam worked, but of course I gave him the wrong address, etc, etc. He told me to call him back after I called this other "holding company" that i was supposed to make the payment to so that it would stay safe until i received the order. Yeah right, like i'm falling for that. Anyways after about 30 minutes I guess he realized I didn't call because he started ringing my phone off the hook from 2 different numbers. This was on a Sunday mind you.
My 80-some year old grandmother almost got taken in by this scam, but fortunately she lives with my sis & my sis knew better. She had the same call from the "DEA" that was mentioned above and they called the police over. The guy from the so-called pharmacy called back again of course and then they handed the cop the phone and once he mentioned who he was...CLICK! They hung up.
I reported the numbers he called from to a few other sites like this one after my incident & suggest everybody to the same to help others from being scammed by these jerks.
You should know that you can't get meds (Painkillers are what they seem to always offer) without a doctors prescription.
The guy that called me was based in California, or at least his cell phone was registered there. The "holding company" was in another country that I can't think of right off.

Good luck to anybody that's been scammed by these people and if you have I suggest you call your bank/credit card company and let them know so they can cancel it. If your lucky maybe you could get your money back also...not sure on that one.

They are Nigerian thieves attempting to exploit you by telling you that your pharmaceutical order is ready for shipment and to provide them with a valid credit card to pay for the $400 cost for delivery. I think you see where this is going. And yes, in a couple of days you will realize that no package is on its way to your home and when you call the number to contact these people, the number is disconnected and the offices do not exist. Next, if you were foolish enough to give them your credit card data along with your home address (real dangerous) you will receive a call in a couple of days from either the DEA or the FBI. The agent on the phone explains to you that your order is indeed on hold at customs and can not be released until you fork out $3,000 or $4,000 to cover the customs paperwork. This time they insist on a money order or cashiers check, and that credit cards wont be acceptable method for payment. Now... I don't need to tell you that the FBI and the DEA do NOT need your help in accessing or releasing contraband with out your help.. now do I? I know all this not because I have been a victim, I know all this because I know several people who have gone through this current attempt to exploit people on the Internet. I hope I get the point across to as many people as I can, to avid any further exploitation.
