I've had calls from this number for around a week now. we pay our bills EARLY yet they still seem to call saying we need to contact them. if they are a real company they really need to update their books or get smarter workers!

R U Always this stupid? Or is it something you recently acquired. I don't have an outstanding balance with SST. Account was paid on-line two days ago. FIGURE IT OUT FOLKS OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS ENTIRELY!!!! Guess it's better late than never. Isn't that why we have on-line payments and postings???!!!

This is SST, a credit card servicing company. They are legit and not a debt collector, per se. They are likely calling you regarding an existing open credit card account that you hold for which they are the servicer.

They call every day.  Called them back today and told them to stop calling.  She just verified that the person they were contacting were not at the number and asked for my first name and nothing else.  We will wait and see if the calls will continue next week.
