Their real number is (815) 713-2900. This is their private corporate number in Illinois. For obvious reasons they don't want you calling this number.

This number called, I answered, it hung up, does it several times a day, never says anything, always hangs up

This number has been calling our home phone at least once a week since April and has NEVER once left a message. They can just keep calling until they're blue in the face for all I care!! We don't/won't answer the phone from numbers we don't know!!!!!!!! After looking it up I know it's from some bottom feeding bill collector called Vision Financial. I don't know who or what they think they're calling for because I certainly DO NOT owe money to ANYONE! This has SCAM written ALL OVER IT!!!!!! If it was a legit thing they would LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!!!

There is a law to prevent them from calling you. Simply write a ketter to them instructing then to cease any further communications with you. Send it to them certified delivery, return receipt.

Call all hours of day AND night. I do not answer. Sometimes they leave a message. I do not call them back. They call my cell and home phone within 15minutes each time...two or three times a day. Very irritating. Once in a while they get close to threatening. I do not talk to them and I have turned off my answering machine. These are angry people.
They keep changing phone numbers.

They call everyday at different times. Its been going on for awhile. Nobody answers or leaves a message. I'm trying to find a way to delete them.

Vision Financial, huh?  The last 5 phone numbers I have looked up on here point to them.  Block one from my phone and they call from another.  Give it up, bottom feeders!  If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick it up.  Then I look it up.  Then I block it.

If this is Vision Financial, these people are real bottom feeders and the scum of the earth and should be AVOIDED at all costs.  I am watching my friend's house while she is up North for a couple of months.  Before she left she showed me a collection notice from Vision on a totally uncollectable (past statute of limitations....4 years in Florida for unsecured debts) where they added over 4 years of compounded interest on a balance of a little over $8K,  The balance now is OVER TWICE what it was before........but they're so kind to "settle" for around $11,000!!!!!!!!!  Why aren't they special.  Always get Caller ID and Google any "unavailable name or number"  showing up on it.  Doing this will save a lot of trouble and stress.  But whatever you do, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER accept a payment plan because all this does is give them the proof they need (which they didn't have before) to collect on old uncollectible balances.  Also, I read somewhere that when you do talk to someone about a balance past the statute of limitations, it reopens the statute again and the limitation period starts all over again.  Good luck to all being contacted by these vultures.

Received a call and no one said a word.

Calls me all the time! Never leaves a message, and I don't bother to pick up. They sometimes call me so early in the morning that it wakes me up, which gets me so pissed.

I received a call from this number at 8 am (I work nights and they woke me up...thanks). There was no one on the line. Not sure how they got my number as I'm unlisted and all the Do-Not-Call registry.

Keeps calling my phone over an account my wife had 10 years ago. She paid all but a $50 late fee that we disputed. This BS company says she owes $2800, but they will settle for alot less. The guy told me that even though they had no legal recourse , they could still continue to call to collect the debt. Next step, I guess, will have to be a certified letter then if they don't stop it's attorney time.This is ridiculous.There should be a law prohibiting this type of collection and /or the sale and purchase of junk debt of this nature.

Same thing here. And they call my house number, which is suspicious since I never give it out for business, including doctors and the like. I always give out my cell number.

Called me this morning, no message left. Odd thing is, I never give out the number they called; it's my home number, but I give out my cell for all business reasons.

I got a message on my cell phone from this number and the caller said "This is Vision Financial, please return the call."  No idea why they are calling, so guess they'll just be waiting for that call!

It is a call from a debt collector who illegally calls me when I do not owe anything...I researched on the web and it is illegal to contact a third party for a debt!

I called back "please wait for the next available" and then i got a live one!  "Thank you for calling this is ED, how can I help you?" What is the name of this company? I got no answer, and he hung up on me!  

I have an unlisted phone number.

Continuously calls and leaves messages saying "This message is for (leaves a name this is not understandable).  Please call me back as soon as possible."  Then leaves the phone number.  The whole voice mail is an automated recording.  Really annoying and won't stop calling!
