Research has been done, I found names and social security numbers for some of the employees linked to the calls stating " notice of intent to appear in court".  Dena Stokes aka Michelle. Simply call your phone provider get them to start an investigation, record the phone threats, then do as I did and file. Class action lawsuit. Mine is being taken care of from the attorney general.

Received a phone call from this number called back and asked the name of the company it is called Empire Solution .. at first lady was talking very nice and explain to her that someone is using there number she than started yelling at me I explain to her that to be honest I don't care about your company I just want the calls to stop coming to my house.

Stokes lady called me several times.  I returned the call to the number she left and they just answered with a "hello".  No one was able to help me.  This Stokes lady is supposed to serve me paperwork on the 9th between 1-5.  I will let you all know if she shows up.

I got the same calls from these people and rude they are. Ive requested paperwork showing proof of this and i have yet to receive anything from them. I then got a number from a friend of mine for this non-profit company that gets these calls to stop and so far calling them has help me and i have not been getting these harassing phone calls stating your being served etc. If any one of you are interested you can call 855-672-1988 and see if they can help you. Its worth a shot like I said my calls have ceased for the time being.

I got a call from a lady named Dina Stokes saying she will Be coming b my house for me to sign for some papers from impact cash saying i owe them money but when i called the number they give me which was 1-877-342-4166 they don't even say hello or say the name of there company until i asked for it.i mean i don't know what is going on with these people but don't let them fool you it is a scam cause i called impact cash and they said impacted cash has been closed for a long time they are out of business so make sure you dont give them any infromation about you until you see some paper work.

I recieved a call yesterday from a lady by the name of d stokes, stating that she was coming by my residence tomorrow which is aug 10th to have me sign for certified paperwork. i thought this was a scam until i heard a bang on my door around 1:45pm and when i opened it, it was the woman who was contacting me. she was very nice and professional. I signed for my paperwork, now i have to hire an attorney to fight for this case.

*SUPPOSEDLY* this number goes to a law firm in New York.  I got a call from a private number that identified herself as a Dina (or Tina?) Stokes.  She claimed that she had gotten paperwork to serve to me under my name and social security number.  The paperwork was *SUPPOSEDLY* an Intent to Sue or something along those lines, and I had to sign for the paperwork.  She then gave me a telephone number to contact ((877)342-4166) and a "case number."  Immediately I was suspect of this call, and decided A) I would call the number and B) it was going to be called from a pay phone so in case they were a scam they didn't see I called from my phone off of their caller ID.  Upon calling the number and giving the "case number" I was placed on hold for 10 minutes.  After that I got tired of waiting, and hung up the phone and left.  The next day, Dina (or Tina?) called again, demanding that I be at home on August 7th so this paperwork could be delivered.  She also repeated the contact information for the 877 number and case number again.  I then called it again from a pay phone and got absolutely no where with the individual on the other end.  They answer "Claims Office" or "Hello."  For it being a lawyer's office, I heard absolutely nilch in the background to even suggest that the individual was in an office setting, especially a professional office setting.  The individual wanted to verify my SSN and Driver's License number, to which I refused to give him without knowing what the "lawsuit" was about.  I felt like because I had my name and "case number", the 877 number I called, and the very rare chance that I abrubtly pulled those three things together out of thin air that the guy could at least tell me what I was being sued for.  He would not.  I refused to verify my SSN and DL# three different times before calling him a fraud and hanging up.  I then got ANOTHER call the next day absolutely demanding that I be at home from 1pm to 5pm to be served this so called paperwork so they could sue me.  They also repeated the same 877 # and case number for me to call if I had any questions.  Since the only question was who was suing me and I didn't want to reveal my SSN and DL# to some wack job over the phone and since I am usually at home all day anyways, I figured I'd indulge them.  No one showed up.  I figured I'd get a call the next day saying I wasn't at home or some nonsense like that.  Not a damn thing.  Not one peep from these clowns.  *IF* you get a call from ANYONE repeating a case number and the 877-342-4166 number saying they are serving you paperwork to sue you: A) *IF* you decide to indulge them, and call the 877-342-4166 number, DO NOT reveal your Social Security Number or Driver's License Number.  B) DO NOT reveal ANY personal indentifying information about you, to include your telephone number without them at least telling you what you are being sued over.   These people are frauds.  They are phishing for personal indentifying information so they can commit indentity fraud on your name.
