phone call

I received a message from this number stating I needed to call back Marshall Patrick Franklin because legal papers are filed against me through the State of Florida, but the number is from a land line in Georgia.  The message stated that I would be served papers at my place of employment or home if I didn't call back.

My cousing recieved a message about me. It is a scam. The company they said I owed money could not even find me in their system.

it is a company called IAG.  They are a Junk Debt buyers.  They called a distant relative of mine of who's address i have never lived at and threatened to send me to jail.  My relative called me frantic. I called the number the next day and there was no answer at the extension.  I hit 0 for an operater.  I man answered and I asked what company I was speaking with.  He wouldn't tell me and said he needed my information first. I said I just want your company name and address since someone called my relative in a threatening and illegal manner and I am taking legal action .  He said IAG,  but wouldn't give me the address.  he asked me to verify my phone number and name.  I did.  he asked for my soc # and I refused.  he said he needed to verify who I was.  I said you have my # and name to verify it.  He said someone else in America could have my same name and phone #!!  When I try to get their address to send a certified letter to "cease communication,  they refuse to give it without my information.  Do not let them intimidate you!  You have rights!

I just got a message stating that I needed to call back this number or they would be coming by my place of business to give me papers.  I looked up the number they called me from and it was a pay phone.  I have no idea who this is but at first I was freaked out....

I just got a call on my voicemail at work from an Investigator Pellegrino with a company called IAG whatever that is, about a supposed file with my name and social security # on it.  Not the first call I've gotten over the past few days.. One from a Cody Davis who supposedly works for the Chester County Court Dept., saying basically the same thing.  I found out I have no pending anything with the courts so I don't know what it's all about either but I've never answered the calls, just went to my voicemail.

My ex mother in law rec'd a call saying they would file a lawsuit by tom if I had not responded- I dont even know who this company is- and I KNOW that it is illegal to share confidential info with someone even if it was your debt, you cannot do that and they did just that. I dont even know who they are or anything.

yea they call my my home,why did they even answer and my mom calling me scaring me talking about a guy name Alex baker said to call him back because he did nt want to come to my job and serve me papers i call abck and the lady was rude and said no one work there by that name and then she sent me to some other guy and they put me on hol i hung up the phone and did not call back i call my county and ask if i was being serve any papers would they have to be notified first she said yes and they would not be calling from a 877 number either i told her it was probably some credtor she told me to just ignore it
