collection agency.

I just got a call from this number and I answered it but the line was silent.  I waited over 20 seconds and it stayed connected but there was nothing.  I finally hung up.  I don't think it is a collection agency as I have no oustanding credit and have never been called by such an agency.

This number has appeared looking for both my son (who is 29) and my ex-husband.
I too get the message that this is not a telemarketing call, hold music then a reference number to use at certified notice.com.
I have asked my ex if he has any outstanding debts and he claims he does not.  I tend to believe this because I know that he cannot get any credit without my help and I have not helped him in forever.
So, who is this calling????

a message on vioce mail asking for me then with a computerized voice then hold music then disconnected, guess if it was important a real person should call and a real person should leave a message don't you think??

It's a collection agency that's very rude. They call at all hours of the day and leave an automated message with an account number. They also use different numbers to try and collect. Not to mention the fact that they don't care whether or not they have the correct information; such as the actual phone number of the person whom they're trying to collect from. Regardless, trying to call them and notify them that the current phone number they have listed for the person they're seeking is no longer valid, they stilll call -_-;

I get a call asking for a hulio markes and 2 times i have been woke up and once i was in class taking a test. i have called and told them to make it stop but i still get calls. i think its time we falied a harassment suit against the company i'm tired of dealing with a machine

Dont answer or call back...send them a certified letter stating they are calling the wrong person and also demand they cease all communication with you under the FDCPA law (15 USC 1692 et seq.). If they call again after getting the letter you can sue them for $1000 per violation. These brain-dead zombie collectors will never go away when they know they have a live person on the other end unless you use the law. IT HAS TO BE IN WRITING AND YOU NEED PROOF YOU SENT IT (i.e. certified letter).

just so you know if you get a call from 877-344-5975 and tell them its the wrong number or person and they say they will take your number off the list expect to get a call from 866-276-5786. Its the same CO. CCs a Collection Agency... with no ethics

I eceived a call from this number and when I answered there was no one there, so I hung up. Abour 30 minutes earlier I received a call but the calling number and name were unavailable. Again, when I answered there was no response so I hung up.  Normally I dont answer if the caller number is unavailable.

I get a call from this number every day while I am at work. They call my
cell phone which I have on silence because I AM AT WORK. They never leave
a message and when I have called the number back, I get a message that it
is not a working number. WHAT THE HELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from 1-877-344-5975...it went to voicemail...I call the number back and told them they reached the wrong person at my number because I've only had my phone number for 2 months. they asked for the phone number, told me who they were looking for, and then took my number off off thier call list. They said I wouldn't receive anymore calls from them.

I've been getting one or two calls every day for people looking for some lady who I'm assuming owes money.


I just activated my Sprint account less than a week ago and I'm tempted to change my number.. I've asked two reps to remove my number but I still get calls.

Keeps calling and no messages are left. Pretty weird.

i just got 3 calls in a row from this number. a guy asked to speak with my husband. the phone was disconnected while getting the phone to my husband. the guy called back and says "you hung up the phone on me" with an attitude. i asked what was the problem and he replied "you hung up the phone and i'm looking for your husband." he had no other choice but to meet another dial tone...on purpose this time.

i just got a call and there was a voicemail. i checked it and it was silence. i googled the number and its an identity theft thing.

I get calls from these people every 3 or 4 months and they keep asking for michael worth---the thing is, they leave a emssage on my cell phone saying if I keep listening I am verifying I am that person.  Well, because it is my voice mail, of course it keeps recording so they think I am lying.  I keep telling them this person is not at this # and before I can question them or ask for someone else, they hang up.  It is sooooooo annoying!
