well i was served this morning sooooooooooo ??????? this is not making any sencse

I received a voicemail from a blocked number on my work phone on Monday afternoon.  It was from Toni who advised that legal documents would be delivered to me on Wed. and if I had any questions or concerns I should call 877-350-4265. She did not state who she was with or any file number - nothing - just the threat.  On Tuesday, she left another voicemail from a blocked number advising that they were still planning on serving me Wed. at my place of employment, which had been verfified, though she didn't actually state the address or city, and it would be done by a Thomas White and I would need a state issued ID.  She still did not state where she was calling from but did leave a file number for me this time with the same advice that I could call 877-350-4265 with any questions or concerns.  I checked with the local civil court to verify that nothing legal had been filed in my name, and it hadn't.  I got a 3rd call on Wed. morning stating that I would be served within an hour at my place of employment...nobody ever showed up.  I am curious to see if I will continue to be harassed by this obvious scammer and her false threats. BTW, I work in a government office, so there is protocol that I have available to me to deal with harassment calls - bring it on, Toni!

It's been 8 days now and nobody knocked on my door to serve me whatever they wanted to serve me with.  It is an idenity scam.  In my opinion if some one from this outfit does try to serve you, simply call 911 and get the police to your home.  They just might get aressted if the cops arrive before they leave.  I was even told (on a second call) to have a state issued ID so that they could serve me.  Insane in this day and age.

I too got the same message.  I am to be served tomorrow.  We'll see if they show up.  I will not answer the door and if they keep knocking I will call the police (911) and report what is going on.  Won't take then long to get to my home is the small Texas town I live in.  More on this latter.........

I just got a call today from a tony maxwell. She had the nerve to call my work phone and harass me. If you cannot give me any information than I will not give you personal information over the phone. Especially if you are calling from a private number.

I received the same call from "Tony Maxwell" and the same thing was said to me about being served but no date was given to me. Did you get served?

I received a call from a "Private" number.  The lady (Nicki Sullivan) left a message saying that they were sending someone to my residence and place of employment (although I have been unemployed for a year) to serve me an affidavit to appear in court.  She said if I had any questions or concerns to call 877-350-4265 and reference number 190668.  I looked up the number and it was listed as belonging to Law Office of Anthony H. Rodrique.  Now I have been harassed by these people before.  The thing that threw me is she gave me a date - Wednesday Jan 18 - as the date I would be served.  So now I am not sure.  Has anyone else had the same thing?
