I'm not sure, but I placed an order with them and can NEVER get through. The line is ALWAYS busy, no one is ever available on their '24 hour' on line support, and they don't respond to my e-mails!  They certainly charged my credit card right away though! I'll let you know if they come through or if I have to dispute the charge!
