I Received a call from Creative Home Mtg. saying they have a buyer for my timeshare. They gave their #877-355-6698 and 866-208-5101. They had received my name from Global Timeshare, who took money from my credit card in September 2005 to rent my timeshare, which they did not do.
They were going to take 1398.24 from my credit card if I would give them my card information. He said he was connecting me to the Better Bussiness Bureau and a taped message played. He said that number was 561-842-1918 I haven't checked to see what that number is yet.

I received a call from Tom at 561-713-2680. He said the company name was Creative Home Mortgage and they could sell my timeshare and I would have to only pay for deed and title thru Fidelity First at a cost of $1696. He advised that they are A- rated with BBB. The phone number provided was 866-208-5101.

I received a call also from creative home mtg saying they had a buyer for my timeshare.Thay also gave me the number of 877/355-6698 but the number that came up on the caller id was 561/354-9078.When i check that number didn`t cross over to anything in google. He also said for 1398.00 my timeshare would be sold within 120 days. When I tryed to say something he wouldn`t shut up so I hung up on him. he called back once and that was it. I think he said his mane was Steve...

I received a call Friday 2/20/2009 from Rob.(universal Marketing) Also known as Creative Home Mortgage. Said he could sell my timeshare if i would send them $1396. I said it sounded like a scam to me.

Don't believe Jay Dixon, he took my money stating that he had a buyer for my timeshare and after several weeks, I called him for which he stated that he had to move the settlement date back because of the economy. After repeated calls, he ignored me. I lost over $900.00 on these scam artists. Don't do any business with them.

I was called by Tara and a Karen. The number was 561-860-3599. Same story as all the rest. Luckily I didn't give them any credit card information. I was going to google the company and sleep on it!!! This company is a joke. I can't believe they are getting away with all of this.

Hey JO-JO , AKA Mr pond scum, your accomplice, Jennifer Hicks seems to have been arrested for fraud, what's your take on that big guy??? I hope they lower you all down into hell VERY SLOWLY, inch by inch, painful agonizing burning ambers tickling and searing you're drug addict toes while you slowly roast to a crispy shade of orange... That'll match your jail-house attire very well me thinks...
We all know you and where you are now...
barbie 2009-05-21 15:59:11 Unknown
Why don't you send your little license directly to Detective Bollan in Del Ray Beach police dept you bottom feeding, low-life, scum sucking pile of prehistoric frog dung dregged from a infected, contaminated New Jersey scum swamp...Hopefully you're attorneys will bill you more than the $$ you ripped from innocent folks,AND, I hope you die a slow painful death from anal cancer...
Stacy 2009-05-21 15:41:35 Unknown
In order to receive your refund I suggest contacting your c/c co and give them the detectives name, Bollan, that arrested this pile of dung... I had to re-open my claim 3 TIMES with AMEX and the arrest seems to be the final nail... I left some seriously derogatory messages on their line about her little boyfriends drug overdose and bated them into calling me. Jennifer called saying she's got the best lawyer blah, but then her new boyfriend got on the phone and threatend my life, AND I TAPED IT... She's now going to have a terrorist threat added to her charges and rap sheet...
fight, fight, fight... If I hadn't I would not be getting the refund...And, winding them up was fun too... Oh, they also sell your number, I've received numerous calls from other scam co's in the past 24hrs, J&H, Global etc... The internet can be a wonderful tool...

gholloway 2009-05-11 14:55:26 Unknown
I would like to know if they sold your timeshare in the way
they said they would? They said they would sale ours in 90
days. Now they say the closing day would be around the 20th
of this month.Should we believe them? Did you have any
problems with them?
JoJo 2009-05-07 21:28:20 Unknown
WHERE CAN UMS FAX THE LICENSE AND THAT STATUTE THAT SHOWS UPFRONT FEES ARE ALLOWED AND IN FACT THE ONLY WAY TIMESHARE RESALE COMPANIES ARE ALLOWED TO CHARGE? IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SIGN THE CONTRACT YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND.
chickey 2009-05-07 15:26:44 Unknown
Matt Hicks died of a drug overdose. He is the exboyfriend of Jennifer Hicks who owns these companies. THEY ARE TOTAL SCUM!!!
cheer4jax 2009-05-01 02:02:41 Unknown
Matt Hicks died Feb. 1, 2009. They appear to be the very definition of SCAM. Claim their license allows them to charge an upfront fee and if it didn't, they wouldn't be in business. I would like to see their "license."
chrisan 2009-04-19 21:48:14 Unknown
