This Mike person has been calling severals times and asking for Laurie Meza and even gave me a case number: 205106 but I am not Laurie Meza but he doesn't believe me! He also gave me the 877-360-3815 number to call before Friday otherwise a warrant for my arrest will take place at my employment.  I guess that is why Laurie Meza changed her phone number so Mr. Mike would stop harrassing her!

I have been receiving calls from this company for about 2 weeks. If it weren't so annoying, it would be funny. Guy says his name is Mike Crowley and he's a legal courier serving me with papers for a "petty court date" (pretty sure there is no such thing). After getting about 3-4 calls from this idiot threatening to serve me (and of course, never showing up), I laid into him and told him he was full of crap and wouldn't you know, he hung up on me! I called the number he gave and left them a message telling them to stop calling me and that I will be recording any further calls so that I can report them to law enforcement. We shall see what Mr. Crowley decides to do now. lol

I received a call from this number.  The guy, Mike Franklin, claims I would be served with legal documents that must be signed.  He wouldn't tell me what company he's from.  He's very annoying.  I've asked him not to call my job, but he still does.  What can I do about this?

I recieved a call from this same number im trying to find out if this is legimimate or should i call the bbb.or the police.They call and threaten you with jail and also suing you ,but wont give you any info about what you are supposedly owing them for.

I keep getting a call from a gentleman telling me he is legal courier and I have to be home between 2-4, blah blah, with a valid form of ID to sign for them. The number came up "private" so I asked this guy where he was calling from, what state and if there was a number I can reach him. He wouldn't answer my questions but told me to call 877-360-3815. While I didn't speak to anyone, the number is for a National Check Recovery Services. They tried to call me last year about a supposed payday loan from a bank I haven't banked with in 15 years, a payday loan that's long been paid off. I saw alot of information on here from people with the same exact scenarios, just asked to call different numbers. Do legal couriers give you "heads up" before serving you?? Seriously this has to be a scam. Any input would be helpful as I really don't want to waste time calling a fraudulent company back. Ha!
