Any call from 877-364-8433 or 877-291-9802 is from USA's Finest Publishers (their current name).  If you have lost money, paying for overpriced magazine subscriptions where you were told it would be a 'onetime' charge of 97.17 or any amount, only to be charged numerous times; getting unhelpful customer service reps hanging up on you when you complain, etc. - then contact the Doraville County police at 770-458-8561.  Reference case # 2013-090337 and say you lost money to these terrible people.

The police can ONLY charge this company with criminal action, IF you were not able to get your money refunded to you.  I know because I called Doraville Police myself to complain about what happened to my elderly mom, when she called to collect her 5,000 'prize', only to be told she didn't actually 'win' and could be entered into their next 'drawing' if she took their magazine promotion.  Her credit card was also charged twice by the company, but we got the credit card co. to reverse the charges when the charges couldn't be validated as 'legit'.

Also, contact the Federal Trade Commission at 404-656-1359 - the contact is Cindy Liebes.  Because USA's Finest Publishers sends postcard mailers and makes calls crossing state lines, the FTC can also prosecute the company - if you have lost money to them and cannot get it back.

So please, complain to the police and the FTC - let's get this company shut down for good!  (Other names they ran under:  Nationwide Publishers, Winners Choice publishers, Americas Finest Publishers and Publishers of America.  They have also pretended to be Publishers Clearing House as well, but PCH is a legitimate company that does not call people by phone, trying to get people to 'buy' into their sweepstakes drawings).  Owners are Lucinda (Moss) Patel and Jay Patel - they and their colleagues need to be arrested for scamming hundreds of thousands of dollars out of our older and/or  disabled citizens!

This is a scam from a company claiming to be USA Publishing.  The same guy answers and is extremely rude and unprofessional.  He is using tactics to get your personal information, particularly financial information.  I have reported this number to my local news, the local police and posted any info I could locate about him on my facebok to warn others so it is getting passed around.  These people need to be stopped. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!!

I received a call from these guys and couldn't get to my phone in time so I attempted to call them back. I got a man on the line that wouldn't answer my question, "Who is this trying to call me?" without me telling him my name. After I told him I wasn't telling him my name he hung up on me. I then called back and got the same guy who hung up on me almost immediately. So I called a third time and got some black guy on the phone who outright insulted me while people were laughing in the background then he hung up. I called a forth time and got an apologetic Megan who gave me another number to call and file a complaint. If you see this number on your caller id just let it pass. They don't give a s*** about how their people talk to you and they'll do absolutely nothing about it. Don't deal with them. It's pointless.

I told the guy almost two weeks ago, that I did not want to be called.
He called again: ( He sounded drunk??)

His contact information:
Clifford C Clay
6695 Peachtree Industrial Blvd.,
Suite 200, Atlanta, GA
30360.

( He is actually in Doraville, a suburb of Atlanta...)

Id have some sympathy for the guy except:
He is deceptive, and he does not respect the Do Not Call List.

The caller said I was a candidate to win the next $5,000 prize, BUT I was required to first get a magazine subscription and would get another four or five subscriptions for free.  The cost?  Well, that depends on whether you get the 3-year or the 5-year subscription; and I was advised that the 5-year subscription was a "MUCH better deal."And of course, the rate depends on which magazine you ultimately choose.  Ultimatey, I told the guy that I was too broke to gamble my money with a stranger over the phone, and hung up, but not without first asking them to not call me back.

I have dealt with this company in the past.  They stand behind their sales as I have received a one-time order of 5 subscriptions, plus a HIS and HERS wristwatch; but this time, the sales rep wasn't as straightforward as the first rep I dealt with.  This company's address, as I am reading it from correspondence sitting in front of me at this very moment, is 6695 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Suite 200, Atlanta, GA   30360.
