oh wow i got that same call but this person knew my address i really dont know what to do his name is angel fisher and his number comes up blocked. is this a scam?

well i had bill brooks call from this number said he was a process server 1-877-365-5431 serving me for bad checks written to payday loans the loan company no longer exist? keeps calling my employer i have ask them to stop and they just continue

OMG..... Mine was the same as Samantha. They said that I have been summoned for a bad check and they want me to call them back. But when I answered and told them I wasn't going to except there calls anymore, they said they were coming to my job. So they left my job address on my voicemail and keep threatening me. They are alsow calling my fathers house and being nasty & rude to them. I am scared........ I don't know what to do. They want me to pay off this amount that the bad check was. Sad thing is, I don't remember writing a check. I don't even use checks.
What should I do???? By the way, he said his name was James Thompson!!!

Person Called and Identified his self as Ted Thomas. Said he was waiting to proccess me for Bad check writing. I have never written a bad check. If a state was going to proccess you they would just do it. they wouldnt make cold calls!!

They said that I have been summoned for a bad check and they want me to call them back with either my home address or work address so they can send it to me. If they have the check information, they have my address as well. I am not going to call them back.
