Even if you pay, a few months later they will sell your debt like its still real to other collection companies and you will have to prove to companies that you already paid that debt. Then you get into a cycle of having collectors call and harass you day and night about a note already paid

I paid Signature Vanguard 4 years ago, and have the paperwork to prove it, yet every 2 or 3 months for the past 4 years they sell my name, paid off account and information to other collection agencies, so the other collection agencies, calls and harasses me until I send them proof that I had paid the debt. I'm freaking tired of it, the new agency just keep selling a note that they know FULL well is paid. This is illegal, I'm going after Signature Vanguard and Dylan Conway the guy that made the deal with me in full to pay off my account....all he did was take my money and then sell my information.  I have all the messages and voice mails that over 10 different companies have dunned me for, I also have faxed pages and witnesses to show that I have sent proof of payment.  Dylan Conway and Signature Vanguard will be paying me. I'm tired of this crap. I worked hard to get out of debt and to have the harassment stopped only to have them sell my information to someone else. A bytch by the name of Rachel Lane had the nerve to call me and harass me, cursed me and threaten to sue me. I've also had the fake process servers come to my job and give me fake paperwork and say I am being sued, when I call the courthouse there is nothing, the process server told me, if I didn't want to go to jail or court, just call the number he provided and they would settle with me in an hour. SCAM. FIRST OF ALL, I'm not gonna repay something I've already paid. I'm setting up a good file to cash in on.I'm tired of this crap. BEWARE OF SIGNATURE VANGUARD AND DYLAN CONWAY. I have his signature on file that my debt was settled and he took my money and then sold and resold my information. I have companies calling and cussing me out and cussing out the receptionist where I work and telling her to stop chewing and listen up. I can't receive phone calls but they still have my companies receptionist write down horrendous messages. Got it all in a file.

they are harrasing me, sending papers to my human resources department, wont provide me with the copy of an orginal payday loan, threating to file civial law suits against me. all kinds of crazy stuff. they will either call you from 1-877-367-3480 or have you call back 716-650-5647.

They called me about an older HSBC card...at first i didnt recognize the bank name but it was through best buy..they told me it was a possible lawsuit and sure enough i pulled my credit report and there it was showing as a chargeoff. Paid the account, got the confirmation letter, i have a lien on my car and have had judgements in the past. checked out their website got the confirmation letter the account # they gave me matched up. Paid it off. Hope this helps
