I had a charge on my bank account that was not authorized.. I plan to let the FBI attend to this matter..Unless you return my money , you will be in a pack of trouble.. I have dealt with kind of thing before and got very good results... My suggestion is to pay attention... Return my $39.96..

I have never order any products from this company and yet they charged my account twice for $69.95, I cancelled my credit card because the number to dispute this is no longer in service and yet without being able to resolve this I am stuck having to pay for a scam with no possible way of getting out of it and from what I can see on the internet, I am not alone, who and how can we get help?

I never called to have premiumbizbooks.  Don't even know  how it got my depit. I was charged $69.95.

Have you found out any information. I have also became a victim. My family and I were on vacation, I check my bank account and they have a debit of $69.95. I have no idea who this company is and wondering what I should do next. I have to go to my bank tomorrow to file a fraud claim.

By any chance, are you a AT&T customer? I just read about a breach in the IPHONE phone service where hackers have the ability to get your information and I'M just wondering if this was how they got mines?

they get your number from Grant Express.  apparently you order something for a small amount of money like 1.98 or .99 and if you did not "unclick" the box that was sandwhiched in the 25 pages of acceptance terms you will be charged that amount and it seems they sell your number to others.  I speak from experience.

Yeah, I got the same crap, Bank of America couldn't find anything on the source for my $68.21 charge, they gave me the 877-370-3614 and it's gotten me no where.

I thought I was done with them last year when I got the cc company to get my money back.. but this month there's another 69.99 charge

I had $70.00 taken out of my debit account  for something that I did not order nor did I recieve anything, I called the number on their web site and got their voice mail. I gave them 24 hours to return the money to my account, if it was not returned I would send the informaion to the F.B.I.. I am an investigator and I will get to the bottom of this.

But the name was listed as The Funding Search.com. I too would like to know how they got my credit card number. It is a Bogus charge. I never called them and I never received a call from them prior to the charge. I tried to call the number but recieved a recording that said if I had a charge on my Discover card that I should call my credit card to get the charges reversed. This is a scam. If this company is not listed with the BBB complaining to them will probably not do any good as they are not a member. What I found interesting in all the posts is that Chase is actually making people pay for tis just because it was a reoccuring charge. How presumptuous of them that because there was more that 1 charge it must be ligitamate. Chase is the worse bank card company to deal with.

I had $70.51 taken out of my debit account without my permission.  If I hadn't caught this,  I would not have known about this.

i too have been charged, because i haven't used my bank acct., their $70 charge has now escalated to $143.  this is ridiculous.

this just happen to my bank account, I called my bank and filed a fraud alert and claim with them to get my money back from grantskq10.com. I called the numbers and they just go to voicemail. No communication. I have never heard of them until the charge just showed up. This is a scam.

Have you actually tried that number? I will try it later to see what happens...but so far, Chase Bank reimbursed my charges, plus other charges that occurred because of them...Suddenly, Chase is taking all that money back out of my account, trusting that because I've received one of the 69.95 charges back from RewardTrak LLC, I am somehow going to be able to get the rest of the money back from the other 2 business names as well..so much for fraud protection..Every time I call Chase fraud I get a different version of the story..Very frustrating..I did file a complaint at ic3.gov today, but I can't figure out how to file at Better Business Bureau..they want info on the company that I don't have and can't find! ugh...

This has happened to me twice for the amount of $69.95. I cannot get a hold of anyone because on my bank statement the phone number is missing a number. I want my money back and this people need to found and prosecuted.

just read another message that said they had a charge, same amount from grantkq10.  I have had the same charge from them, three times all 69.95 and a CD sent to me which I did not order.  any one know who this is?  How and who do you complain to???

I too had two charges of 69.95 on 4/28 and 4/29.  the number listed on the bank statement states not in service when called.  who is this?

I called 877-277-6341 as this is the number noted on my credit card statement.   The name is the member support line for funding search.   They could be contacted at The funding search@gmail.com.    EVERYONE E-MAIL THEM AND COMPLAIN!!!!

I had 3 charges of 69.95 on a credit card that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.   I had to cancel that card.   How do these companies get our card numbers.   THIS IS BS!

this happened to me as well.  Four charges for 69.95 since April 16th.  Island Publishing, Premiumbiz, and RewardTrak LLC.  I have been emailing these crooks for a month, with promises that refunds will post, but they never do.  I am so frustrated.

This also happened to my parents 2 charges for 69.95 on April 26 2010 from premium biz books but they were also charged 69.95 from a company called Island Publishing on April 16 for the same amount and what a coincidence phone is disconnected.  Also one from grantkq10.com for the same amount on April 11.  4 times from unauthorized companies.  You need to go to ic3.gov and make a compliant something has to be done.

I WAS CHARGED 69.95 TWICE ON APRIL 28 AND 29. I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND REOPEN IT. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS MONEY TO BE TAKEN OUT
